【摘要】：目的探討單眼弱視眼通過自適應光學系統(tǒng)矯正高階像差(higher order aberrations,HOAs)前后視覺行為的變化。方法分別測量10名單眼弱視患者通過自適應光學系統(tǒng)矯正弱視眼高階像差前后的視力(visual acuity,VA)及對比敏感度(contrast sensitivity,CS)閾值,并分析視力和對比敏感度閾值的變化。結果弱視眼矯正高階像差后視力提高(P=0.005);弱視眼矯正高階像差后對比敏感度閾值降低(P0.001),這一進步主要發(fā)生于24cpd的空間頻率(spatial frequency,SF)上(P=0.018)。結論弱視眼在矯正高階像差后視覺功能提升,高階像差的存在對弱視患者高空間頻率上對比敏感度功能的下降具有一定的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of visual behavior in monocular amblyopia before and after correction of high order aberrations (higher order errors) by adaptive optical system. Methods the visual acuity (visual) and contrast sensitivity (contrast sensitivity CS) thresholds of 10 amblyopia patients were measured before and after correction of high order aberration by adaptive optical system, and the changes of visual acuity and contrast sensitivity thresholds were analyzed. Results the visual acuity of amblyopia was improved after correction of high order aberration (P0. 005), and the threshold of contrast sensitivity (P0. 001) was decreased after correction of high order aberration of amblyopia (P0. 001), which mainly occurred on the spatial frequency SF of 24cpd (penc0. 018). Conclusion the visual function of amblyopia is improved after correction of high order aberration. The existence of high order aberration has a certain effect on the decrease of contrast sensitivity in high spatial frequency of amblyopia.
