【摘要】：目的了解重慶地區(qū)常見(jiàn)眼病、多發(fā)眼病的患病情況,為眼病防治提供流行病學(xué)依據(jù)。方法選擇2013年在重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院健康體檢的80 384人,進(jìn)行眼附屬器、眼前段、視力、色覺(jué)及眼底等眼科檢查,測(cè)量其身高、體質(zhì)量、血壓以及空腹?fàn)顟B(tài)下的血脂和血糖等項(xiàng)目。結(jié)果檢出眼病患者16 897例,患病率為21.03%,男性眼病患者較女性多,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。其中,屈光不正、白內(nèi)障、眼底動(dòng)脈硬化位居前三,患病率分別為14.21%、7.87%、1.70%。年齡、性別、糖尿病、血清總膽固醇、三酰甘油對(duì)眼病影響顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論年齡、性別、糖尿病、血清總膽固醇、三酰甘油是影響眼病的危險(xiǎn)因素,控制血糖和血脂對(duì)眼病的預(yù)防具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of common eye diseases and multiple ophthalmopathy in Chongqing and to provide epidemiological basis for the prevention and treatment of eye diseases. Methods 80384 patients who underwent physical examination in the first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in 2013 were examined with ocular appendage, anterior segment, visual acuity, color vision and fundus, and their height and body mass were measured. Blood pressure and fasting state of blood lipid and blood sugar and other items. Results 16 897 cases of ophthalmopathy were detected, the prevalence rate was 21.03%. There were more cases in male patients than in women (P0.05). Among them, ametropia, cataract and fundus arteriosclerosis were the top three. The prevalence rate was 14.21% 7.87% and 1.70% respectively. Age, sex, diabetes, serum total cholesterol and triglyceride had significant effects on ophthalmopathy (P0.05). Conclusion Age, sex, diabetes, serum total cholesterol and triglyceride are risk factors for eye disease.
