【摘要】：目的:研究持續(xù)性θ節(jié)律串刺激(c TBS)對(duì)視覺(jué)空間注意障礙的作用機(jī)制。方法:將30例正常受試者隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(刺激組)和對(duì)照組(假刺激組),兩組經(jīng)過(guò)TBS刺激后進(jìn)行事件相關(guān)電位(ERP)實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)范式為"提示—靶",包括范圍提示和漢字提示,范圍提示為"大"圈和"小"圈,漢字提示為"大"字和"小"字。TBS刺激參數(shù)頻率為30Hz,刺激強(qiáng)度為刺激器輸出的50%,刺激部位為受試者右側(cè)大腦的頂葉后部(P4),刺激脈沖801串,刺激間隔100ms。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組在漢字提示和范圍提示時(shí),反應(yīng)時(shí)表現(xiàn)出提示等級(jí)效應(yīng)(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組比較,在漢字提示下P1、P2波幅明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),在范圍提示下PO4部位的P1、N1、N2波幅明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組漢字提示與范圍提示比較,范圍提示時(shí)P1、P2、N2波幅更大(P0.05);對(duì)照組漢字提示與范圍提示比較,范圍提示時(shí)P1、N1、P2波幅更大(P0.05)。結(jié)論:對(duì)右側(cè)頂后葉皮質(zhì)(PPC)進(jìn)行抑制性c TBS刺激,能夠影響大腦皮質(zhì)神經(jīng)元興奮性活動(dòng),尤其會(huì)影響對(duì)左側(cè)靶目標(biāo)的識(shí)別及加工。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the mechanism of sustained 胃 rhythm series stimulation (c TBS) on visual spatial attention disorder. Methods: thirty normal subjects were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (stimulus group) and control group (sham stimulation group). After TBS stimulation, event-related potentials (ERP) were tested in two groups. The experimental paradigm was "cue-target", including range hint and Chinese character hint. The range was indicated as "big" circle and "small" circle, and Chinese characters as "big" word and "small" word. TBS stimulation parameter frequency was 30 Hz, stimulus intensity was 50 parts of stimulator output, stimulation site was right posterior parietal lobe (P4), stimulation pulse was 801 string. The interval of stimulation was 100 Ms. Results: the experimental group and the control group showed cues grade effect in Chinese character cues and range cues (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the amplitude of P _ (1) P _ (2) was significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group (P0.05), and the amplitude of P _ (1) P _ (1) N _ (1) N _ (2) was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In the experimental group, compared with the range hint, the amplitude of P1P _ 2N _ 2 N _ 2 was larger when the range prompted (P0.05); in the control group, compared with the range hint, the amplitude of P _ (1) N _ (1) P _ (2) was larger when the range prompted (P0.05). Conclusion: the inhibitory c TBS stimulation of the right posterior parietal cortex (PPC) can affect the excitatory activity of neurons in the cerebral cortex, especially the recognition and processing of the left target.
