鼻咽癌組織Maspin和GRP78表達與放療敏感相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的研究鼻咽癌組織中Maspin和GRP78的表達,探討其在放射治療鼻咽癌的意義。方法選取湖南省腫瘤醫(yī)院2006-01-13-2006-11-26第一次入院接受放射治療的60例鼻咽癌患者,運用原位雜交方法檢測Maspin mRNA和GRP78mRNA的表達。結(jié)果放療敏感及放療抗拒鼻咽癌組織中,Maspin mRNA中度和強陽性表達率分別為70.00%和42.50%,χ2=4.038,P=0.044 5,GRP78mRNA中度和強陽性表達率分別為20.00%和47.50%,χ2=4.047,P=0.044 3。在放療抗拒鼻咽癌組織中,Maspin mRNA中度及強陽性表達率與T分期存在關(guān)聯(lián)性,在T3和T4期中表達率為63.16%,T1和T2期中表達率為23.81%,χ2=6.320,P=0.011 9;在有、無遠處轉(zhuǎn)移中的表達率分別為72.73%和31.03%,χ2=4.095,P=0.043 0;GRP78mRNA中度及強陽性表達率與TNM分期也存在關(guān)聯(lián)性,Ⅲ和Ⅳ期GRP78mRNA中度及強陽性表達率為58.62%,Ⅰ和Ⅱ期表達率為18.18%,χ2=5.230,P=0.022 2,與T分期也存在關(guān)聯(lián)性,T3和T4期表達率為68.42%,T1和T2期表達率為28.57%,χ2=6.352,P=0.011 7,在有、無遠處轉(zhuǎn)移中的表達率分別為72.73%和37.93%,χ2=3.872,P=0.049 1。結(jié)論 Maspin參與放療抗拒鼻咽癌的發(fā)展,GRP78降低鼻咽癌的放療敏感性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of Maspin and GRP78 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its significance in radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma received radiotherapy for the first time in Hunan Cancer Hospital from January to November 2006. The expression of Maspin mRNA and GRP78 mRNA were detected by in situ hybridization. Results the moderate and strong positive expression rates of maspin mRNA were 70.00% and 42.50% in radiosensitive and radiotherapeutic resistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues, respectively. The moderate and strong positive expression rates of GRP 78 mRNA were 20.00% and 47.50%, respectively, and the positive rates were 20.00% and 47.50%, respectively, and the positive rates were 20.00% and 47.50%, respectively, and the positive rates were 20.00% and 47.50%, respectively.
