28304例正常產(chǎn)新生兒聽力篩查結(jié)果報(bào)告及篩查體會

【摘要】:目的:通過新生兒聽力篩查,早期診斷新生兒聽力障礙。了解正常產(chǎn)新生兒聽力損害發(fā)病率?偨Y(jié)篩查經(jīng)驗(yàn),使篩查順利進(jìn)行。方法:對2009~2011年3年來本院產(chǎn)科正常產(chǎn)28 304例新生兒在出生72 h左右進(jìn)行瞬態(tài)誘發(fā)耳聲發(fā)射進(jìn)行初篩,未通過者42天進(jìn)行瞬態(tài)誘發(fā)耳聲發(fā)射復(fù)篩,異常者約在3個(gè)月進(jìn)行聽性腦干反應(yīng)診斷。結(jié)果:28 034例新生兒初篩率100%,初篩通過率94.88%(26 856/28 304),未通過率5.11%(1 448/28 304)。復(fù)篩率74.79%(1 083/1 448),復(fù)篩通過率78.30%(848/1 083)。235例未通過篩查的最終184例前來行聽性腦干反應(yīng)診斷檢查,最終確診聽力損害者42例(57耳),發(fā)病率為1.50‰。結(jié)論:新生兒聽力損害發(fā)病率即使在正常產(chǎn)兒中也較高,但新生兒聽力篩查失訪率仍較高,因此加強(qiáng)新生兒聽力篩查極其重要。
[Abstract]:Objective: to diagnose neonatal hearing impairment early through neonatal hearing screening. To understand the incidence of hearing impairment in neonates with normal delivery. Summing up the experience of screening, so that the screening is carried out smoothly. Methods: the transient evoked otoacoustic emissions of 28 304 newborns with normal obstetrical delivery in our hospital during the past 3 years from 2009 to 2011 were screened at about 72 hours of birth, and the second screen of transient evoked otoacoustic emissions was performed at 42 days after birth. Abnormal patients were diagnosed with auditory brainstem response at about 3 months. Results the first screening rate of 28 034 newborns was 100%, the primary screening rate was 94.88% (26 856 / 28 304) and the unpassed rate was 5.11% (1 448 / 28 304). The screening rate was 74.79% (108.3 / 1 448), and the screening pass rate was 78.30% (848 / 1083) .235 cases of final 184 cases who failed to pass the screening were examined for auditory brainstem response. 42 cases (57 ears) with hearing impairment were diagnosed and the incidence was 1.50 鈥,
