【摘要】：目的評估單側(cè)低中頻下降型突發(fā)性聾的相關(guān)因素對預(yù)后的影響。方法由2005~2013年入院的單側(cè)低中頻下降型突發(fā)性聾109例,均給以改善微循環(huán)加激素靜點(diǎn)及其他對癥治療。患者按照性別、發(fā)病年齡、病程、聽力損失程度、高頻聽力是否損傷、伴有糖尿病,高脂血癥等因素分組,分析各因素與療效(有效,無效)的相關(guān)性。先行單因素分析,可能影響療效的因素再行l(wèi)ogistic線性回歸分析。結(jié)果在此次研究中,單側(cè)低中頻下降型突發(fā)性聾總有效率為73.4%(80/109),治愈率71.6%(78/109)。無效率為26.6%(29/109),患者性別、病程、聽力損失程度、高頻聽力是否損傷、高脂血癥,血粘稠度對療效無明顯影響;發(fā)病年齡和伴有糖尿病對療效產(chǎn)生影響。結(jié)論年齡大于50歲、空腹血糖≥7.0mmol的單側(cè)低中頻下降型突發(fā)性聾患者療效差。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of related factors on the prognosis of unilateral low and medium frequency descending sudden deafness. Methods 109 cases of single side low and medium frequency descending sudden deafness were admitted to the hospital in 2005~2013 years. All of them were given the improvement of microcirculation plus hormone static point and other symptomatic treatment. The correlation of factors such as diabetes and hyperlipidemia was grouped, and the correlation between the factors and efficacy (effective, ineffective) was analyzed. Single factor analysis and logistic linear regression analysis could affect the factors that might affect the effect. In this study, the total effective rate of unilateral low and medium frequency descending type of sudden deafness was 73.4% (80/109), and the cure rate was 71.6% (78/109). The rate was 26.6% (29/109). The sex, course of the disease, the degree of hearing loss, high frequency hearing loss, hyperlipidemia, and blood viscosity had no significant effect on the curative effect. The age of onset and diabetes had an effect on the curative effect. Conclusion the curative effect of the one side lower middle frequency descending type of sudden deafness aged more than 50 years old and the fasting blood glucose more than 7.0mmol was poor.
