【摘要】：正臨床上非齒源性頜骨囊腫較為少見,腭正中囊腫為非齒源性囊腫中的一種類型,早期一般無特殊癥狀,大多是在體檢中發(fā)現(xiàn),囊腫增大后可出現(xiàn)周圍壓迫癥狀[1]。傳統(tǒng)治療方法為經(jīng)唇齦或口腔上腭切口行囊腫切除術(shù),手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷較大,且部分患者出現(xiàn)術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)、口腔或鼻腔瘺管形成難以愈合[2]。我們采用內(nèi)鏡下經(jīng)鼻中隔入路手術(shù)切除腭正中囊腫4例,療效滿意,現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。1資料與方法1.1一般資料2005-2013年收治的
[Abstract]:The non-odontogenic maxillary cyst is rare in clinic. The median palatine cyst is a type of non-odontogenic cyst. There is no special symptom in the early stage, most of them are found in the physical examination, the surrounding compression can appear after the cyst is enlarged [1]. The traditional treatment was cystectomy through labial gingival or upper palate incision. The surgical trauma was greater, and some patients had recurrence after operation, and the fistula formation in oral or nasal cavity was difficult to heal [2]. Four cases of median palatal cyst were resected by endoscopic transnasal septum approach. The results are satisfactory. The following 1 data and method 1.1 General data from 2005 to 2013 are reported.
