【摘要】：正鼻腔異物取出器,國內(nèi)尚無相關(guān)器械。筆者使耳鼻咽喉科常用的耵聹鉤改造制成,取材方便,成本低廉,方法簡單易行,實用性高,制成后可作為耳鼻咽喉科常規(guī)器械使用。1制作方法及使用方法選用槍形耵聹鉤,將頭端小尖鉤抻直,把抻直的尖端折成直徑約為2mm的小圓圈,將圓圈平面與連接桿折成約120°的角。將長軸桿略呈弧形彎曲,使整個器械持時呈"小勺狀",柄端無需改造。即制成鼻腔異物取出器。取出異物前,采取常規(guī)小兒鼻腔檢查環(huán)抱體
[Abstract]:Nasal cavity foreign body removal device, there are no related instruments in the country. The authors made cerumen hooks commonly used in the department of otorhinolaryngology to be made with convenient materials, low cost, simple and practical methods, and can be used as conventional otorhinolaryngology instruments for making and using gun cerumen hooks. The small tip hook of the head end is straightened, the straight tip is folded into a small circle with a diameter of about 2mm, and the circle plane and the connecting rod are folded into an angle of about 120 擄. The long shaft is curved slightly, so that the whole instrument is held in the shape of a "spoon", and the handle end does not need to be modified.
