【摘要】：目的:探討不同頻率聽力損失突發(fā)性聾(突聾)患者的血脂、血小板等方面是否存在差異,提示不同頻率聽力損失突聾其病因可能不盡相同,為下一步根據(jù)不同頻率損失進行相應(yīng)治療方案研究提供數(shù)據(jù)資料。 方法:根據(jù)純音測聽的聽閾圖型將50例全頻型、14例非全頻型的突聾患者與50名健康體檢者的血清中甘油三酯(TG)、總膽固醇(TCHO)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、極低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)、血小板計數(shù)、血小板濃度、血小板含量進行統(tǒng)計學分析。 結(jié)果:全頻組患者甘油三酯、極低密度脂蛋白、血小板濃度,與對照組比較差異有顯著性(P0.05);非全頻組(低中頻、高中頻),較對照組各項指標無顯著性差異(P0.05)。另外,不同頻率聽力損失患者的年齡亦存在統(tǒng)計學差異(P0 .05)。 結(jié)論:不同頻率聽力損失患者的性別統(tǒng)計學分析無顯著性差異,年齡、血脂、血小板存在統(tǒng)計學差異,其病因可能不盡相同。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore whether there are differences in blood lipid and platelet in patients with sudden hearing loss at different frequencies, suggesting that the etiology of sudden hearing loss may be different at different frequencies. Provide the data for the next step according to the different frequency loss corresponding treatment plan research. Methods: serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TCHO), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL) were measured in serum of 14 patients with sudden deafness and 50 healthy controls according to pure tone audiometry. Lipoprotein (VLDL), platelet count, Platelet concentration and platelet content were analyzed statistically. Results: there was significant difference in triglyceride, very low density lipoprotein and platelet concentration between the full frequency group and the control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the non-full frequency group (low medium frequency, middle frequency) and the control group (P0.05). In addition, there was statistical difference in age of hearing loss patients with different frequencies (P 0. 05). Conclusion: there is no significant difference in gender statistical analysis among patients with hearing loss at different frequencies. Age, blood lipid and platelets are statistically different, and the etiology may be different.
