【摘要】:正據(jù)英國《每日郵報》報道,美國《國際耳鼻咽喉頭頸外科雜志》刊登一項(xiàng)新研究發(fā)現(xiàn),每天簡單的發(fā)聲練習(xí)(唱歌)可以防止打鼾。英國聲樂教師愛麗絲·奧杰伊通過設(shè)計(jì)"唱歌訓(xùn)練法"來幫助治療慢性打鼾和睡眠呼吸暫停疾病。埃克塞特大學(xué)、皇家德文和埃克塞特NHS基金會受此啟發(fā),展開了一項(xiàng)"唱歌治療打鼾"新研究。研究者讓30名睡覺打鼾者每天練聲幾分鐘,堅(jiān)持3個月。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),與另外30名不接受"音樂療法"的睡覺打鼾者相比,前者打鼾情況明顯得到改善。研究負(fù)責(zé)人,耳鼻喉科專家馬爾科姆·希爾頓博士說,
[Abstract]:According to the Daily Mail, a new study published in the International Journal of Otolaryngology, head and neck surgery found that simple daily vocal exercises (singing) can prevent snoring. British vocal music teacher Alice Ojay designed the singing training method to help treat chronic snoring and sleep apnea. The University of Exeter, Royal Devon and the Exeter NHS Foundation were inspired by a new study called singing for snoring. The researchers trained 30 snorers for a few minutes a day for three months. The results showed that compared with the other 30 snorers who did not receive music therapy, the snoring status of the former was significantly improved.
