Toll樣受體2和Toll樣受體4在慢性鼻-鼻竇炎中的表達(dá)及意義

【摘要】:目的:通過(guò)檢測(cè)天然免疫因子Toll樣受體2(TLR2)和Toll樣受體4(TLR4)在慢性鼻-鼻竇炎不同臨床分型以及對(duì)照組中的表達(dá)情況,探討TLR在慢性鼻-鼻竇炎發(fā)病機(jī)制中的作用。方法:采用免疫組織化學(xué)方法分別檢測(cè)TLR2和TLR4在慢性鼻-鼻竇炎伴鼻息肉組(A組,21例),慢性鼻-鼻竇炎無(wú)鼻息肉組(B組,15例),復(fù)發(fā)性慢性鼻-鼻竇炎伴鼻息肉組(C組,11例)及對(duì)照組(D組,13例)中的表達(dá)情況。顯微鏡下計(jì)數(shù)陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞表達(dá)情況,等級(jí)資料采用Mann-Whitney U進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,組間用單因素的方差進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:1TLR2和TLR4有相同的表達(dá)特點(diǎn),主要表達(dá)部位集中在上皮基膜全層、腺體細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞質(zhì)及極少數(shù)炎性細(xì)胞,如單核細(xì)胞和漿細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞質(zhì),偶有不明細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞核陽(yáng)性表達(dá);2A、B、C、D組鼻腔黏膜組織中TLR2的表達(dá)分別為10.18±16.80、27.00±12.07、7.55±14.69、9.40±17.83,A、C、D組與B組比較,均差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05);3A、B、C、D組鼻腔黏膜組織中TLR4的表達(dá)分別為11.30±19.22、36.02±17.75、8.51±9.22、7.75±4.49,A、C、D組與B組比較,均差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論:鼻腔黏膜上皮能產(chǎn)生天然免疫因子TLR2和TLR4;TLR2和TLR4在慢性鼻-鼻竇炎各臨床表型中的差異性表達(dá)提示其在慢性鼻-鼻竇炎的發(fā)病中發(fā)揮了一定作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the role of TLR in the pathogenesis of chronic rhinosinusitis by detecting the expression of Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) and Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) in different clinical types of chronic rhinosinusitis and control group. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect TLR2 and TLR4 in 21 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (group A), 15 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps (group B) and 15 patients with recurrent chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps. In group C (n = 11) and control group (group D, n = 13). The expression of positive cells was counted under microscope. Mann-Whitney U was used to analyze the grade data and the variance of single factor was used for statistical analysis among groups. Results the expression of TLR2 and TLR4 was the same, mainly in the whole layer of epithelial basement membrane, the cytoplasm of glandular cells and the cytoplasm of a few inflammatory cells, such as monocytes and plasma cells. The positive expression of TLR2 in nasal mucosa of group D was 10.18 鹵16.80 鹵27.00 鹵12.07 鹵7.55 鹵14.69 鹵9.40 鹵17.83C (P 0.05). The expression of TLR4 in nasal mucosa of group D was 11.30 鹵19.225.02 鹵17.77.51 鹵9.227.75 鹵4.49.75 鹵4.49.9. the expression of TLR4 in nasal mucosa of group D was significantly higher than that of group B (P 0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the differential expression of TLR2 and TLR4TLR2 and TLR4 in the clinical phenotypes of chronic rhinosinusitis suggests that TLR2 and TLR4 may play a role in the pathogenesis of chronic rhinosinusitis.
