【摘要】：正急性鼻竇炎在兒童中的發(fā)病率非常高,常由上呼吸道感染后引起,在疾病發(fā)展過程中,鼻腔和鼻竇黏膜急性感染,出現(xiàn)充血腫脹、滲出增多,患兒出現(xiàn)鼻塞、流涕等癥狀。眼眶作為與鼻竇關系最為密切的結構,最容易受累。嚴重的眶蜂窩織炎除可以導致視覺受累外,也可以引起顱內感染,產(chǎn)生致命性并發(fā)癥,故早期合理治療非常重要。既往曾有報道產(chǎn)生眶內并發(fā)癥時應及時手術,行鼻竇鏡下切開引流〔1-2〕,取得了良好效果。考慮患兒年齡小,鼻竇
[Abstract]:The incidence of acute sinusitis in children is very high, often caused by upper respiratory tract infection. During the development of the disease, acute infection of nasal cavity and nasal sinus mucous membrane, hyperemia swelling, exudation increase, children appear nasal congestion, runny and other symptoms. Orbit as the most closely related to the paranasal sinus structure, the most susceptible to involvement. Severe orbital cellulitis can not only cause visual involvement, but also cause intracranial infection and fatal complications. Therefore, early and reasonable treatment is very important. It has been reported that orbital complications should be operated in time and endoscopic sinus incision and drainage (1-2) have been performed and good results have been obtained.
