鼻中隔偏曲與球型鼻甲泡的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的:分析鼻中隔偏曲與球型鼻甲泡的關(guān)系。方法:分析972例患者的鼻竇冠狀位CT片,觀察鼻中隔偏曲和球型鼻甲泡的發(fā)生率,并把鼻中隔偏曲分為高位偏曲和低位偏曲,測(cè)量鼻中隔偏曲角度(SDA)和球型鼻甲泡的橫徑,探討鼻中隔偏曲與球型鼻甲泡的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:182例鼻中隔偏曲患者的球型鼻甲泡發(fā)生率為17.03%,790例無鼻中隔偏曲患者的球型鼻甲泡發(fā)生率為14.05%,兩組之間球型鼻甲泡的發(fā)生率無顯著性差異(P0.05)。69例高位偏曲患者的球型鼻甲泡發(fā)生率為33.33%,122例低位偏曲患者的球型鼻甲泡發(fā)生率為9.02%,兩組之間球型鼻甲泡發(fā)生率有顯著性差異(P0.01)。20例高位偏曲伴球型鼻甲泡組SDA平均值為14.55°±3.61,偏曲凹側(cè)球型鼻甲泡橫徑均值為5.93±1.88mm,兩者之間無相關(guān)性(P0.05)。11例低位偏曲伴球型鼻甲泡組SDA平均值為13.36°±2.42,偏曲凹側(cè)球型鼻甲泡橫徑均值為4.86±1.40mm,兩者之間無相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:鼻中隔高位偏曲與球型鼻甲泡的發(fā)生有關(guān),尤其是凹側(cè)易出現(xiàn)球型鼻甲泡。球型鼻甲泡大小并不隨鼻中隔偏曲角度增大而增大。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the relationship between nasal septum deviation and bulbar turbinate. Methods: the incidence of septal deviation and bulbous concha bulla in 972 patients with nasal sinuses were analyzed. The nasal septum deviation was divided into high deviation and low deviation. The angle of nasal septum deviation (SDA) and the transverse diameter of spherical turbinate vesicles were measured. To investigate the relationship between nasal septum deviation and bulbous turbinate vesicles. Results the incidence of bulbous turbinate vesicles in 182 patients with septum deviation was 17.030.790 cases without nasal septum deviation were 14.055.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of bulbous turbinate vesicles (P0.05) .69 cases with high deviation of nasal turbinate. The incidence rate of spherical turbinate bubble was 33.33%. The incidence rate of spherical turbinate bubble was 9.02% in 122 patients with low deviation. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.01) .20 cases of high constriction with bulbous turbinate bubble group were 14.55 擄鹵3.61, and the mean value of SDA was 14.55 擄鹵3.61 in the bulbous concave side. The mean transverse diameter of type A turbinate was 5.93 鹵1.88 mm, there was no correlation between them (P0.05). The mean SDA of 11 cases with low deviation and spherical concha was 13.36 擄鹵2.42 and 4.86 鹵1.40 mm in concave side of concave side respectively. There was no correlation between them (P0.05). Conclusion: the high deviation of nasal septum is related to the development of bulbar turbinate vesicles, especially in concave side. The size of the bulbar does not increase with the angle of deviation of nasal septum.
