生物測量儀預(yù)測人工晶體度數(shù)的臨床評價

【摘要】:目的探討生物測量儀在年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者中測量人工晶體度數(shù)的臨床價值。方法回顧性分析104例(104眼)年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者行小切口白內(nèi)障摘除聯(lián)合一期人工晶體植入術(shù)的臨床資料。術(shù)前分別使用生物測量儀和A型超聲聯(lián)合自動驗光儀測量眼軸長度和角膜曲率,計算人工晶體度數(shù),術(shù)后3個月評價患者平均絕對屈光誤差值。結(jié)果生物測量儀和A型超聲所測眼軸長度、角膜曲率比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。術(shù)后3個月,生物測量儀所測量平均絕對屈光誤差小于A型超聲聯(lián)合自動驗光儀(P0.05)。結(jié)論生物測量儀精確度高于傳統(tǒng)方法,是一種安全可靠的測量人工晶體度數(shù)的工具。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of biometrics in measuring the degree of intraocular lens (IOL) in patients with age-related cataract. Methods the clinical data of 104 patients (104 eyes) with age-related cataract underwent small incision cataract extraction and one-stage intraocular lens implantation were analyzed retrospectively. The axial length and corneal curvature were measured by biometrics and A-mode ultrasound combined with automatic optometry before operation. The degree of intraocular lens was calculated and the mean absolute refractive error was evaluated 3 months after operation. Results there was no significant difference in axial length and corneal curvature between biometrics and A-mode ultrasound. At 3 months after operation, the mean absolute refraction error measured by biometrics was less than that of A-mode ultrasound combined with automatic optometry (P0.05). Conclusion Biometrics is a safe and reliable tool for measuring the degree of intraocular lens.
