【摘要】：目的研究有晶狀體眼后房型人工晶狀體又稱可植入式接觸鏡(implantable contact lens,ICL)植入術(shù)治療成人近視性屈光參差性弱視的效果和安全性。方法2010年9月到2012年9月在漢口愛爾眼科醫(yī)院行ICL植入術(shù)的伴有弱視的高度近視性屈光參差患者共11例,隨訪6個月以上。記錄患者術(shù)前、術(shù)后裸眼視力、最佳矯正視力、眼壓、角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞計數(shù)以及術(shù)后的Titmus立體視情況。結(jié)果術(shù)前患者弱視眼平均屈光度為13.55 D(等效球鏡),術(shù)后為0.33 D。術(shù)前最佳矯正視力為0.50±0.18,術(shù)后1周裸眼視力為0.72±0.23,末次隨訪時裸眼視力進(jìn)一步提升到0.78±0.22,較術(shù)前最佳矯正視力平均提高2行,差異有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=-9.87,P0.001)。術(shù)前角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞計數(shù)為(2678±155)個·mm-2,術(shù)后1周為(2466±214)個·mm-2,末次隨訪時為(2410±142)個·mm-2。術(shù)后Titmus立體視檢查2例斜視患者沒有立體視,其他患者均有立體視,立體視為157″±102″。所有術(shù)眼術(shù)中、術(shù)后均未見嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。結(jié)論ICL植入術(shù)是治療成人近視性屈光參差性弱視安全有效的方法,其能明顯提高患者的視功能,改善患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the efficacy and safety of implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) in the treatment of myopic anisometropia amblyopia in adults. Methods from September 2010 to September 2012, 11 patients with high myopic anisometropia with amblyopia underwent ICL implantation in Hankou Eyre Eye Hospital. Preoperative and postoperative naked visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure, corneal endothelial cell count and Titmus stereopsis were recorded. Results the mean diopter of amblyopic eyes was 13.55 D before operation and 0.33 D after operation. The preoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 0.50 鹵0.18, and the uncorrected visual acuity was 0.72 鹵0.23 at 1 week postoperatively. At the last follow-up, the uncorrected visual acuity was further improved to 0.78 鹵0.22, which was 2 lines higher than that of the preoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA). The difference was statistically significant. The corneal endothelial cell count was 2678 鹵155mm-2before operation, 2466 鹵214mm-2at 1 week postoperatively, and 2410 鹵142mm-2at the last follow-up. After operation, 2 patients with strabismus did not have stereopsis, and all other patients had stereopsis, which was considered as 157 "鹵102". There were no serious complications in all eyes. Conclusion ICL implantation is a safe and effective method for the treatment of adult myopic anisometropia amblyopia. It can obviously improve the visual function and the quality of life of the patients.
