【摘要】：單側(cè)迷路切除術(shù)后組胺受體H2,H3亞型在大鼠前庭內(nèi)側(cè)核中的變化 目的探討單側(cè)迷路切除術(shù)(unilateral labyrinthectomy, UL)后不同時程期間,大鼠前庭內(nèi)側(cè)核(medial vestibular nuclei, MVN)內(nèi)組胺受體H2,H3亞型的表達(dá)變化。 方法利用免疫組織化學(xué)、蛋白免疫印記方法,切除大鼠一側(cè)迷路,觀察MVN內(nèi)組胺受體H2,H3亞型表達(dá)的變化,及探討其在前庭代償中可能的作用。 結(jié)果組胺受體H2亞型各組手術(shù)兩側(cè)比較及術(shù)后1天,3天,7天組與假手術(shù)組比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。UL后可誘導(dǎo)術(shù)側(cè)MVN區(qū)組胺受體H3亞型在術(shù)后1天減少, 3天和7天時恢復(fù)到正常水平,和假手術(shù)組及對側(cè)比較表達(dá)差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論大鼠MVN中存在H2,H3受體,在前庭代償?shù)脑缙?MVN內(nèi)H3受體表達(dá)的變化極可能涉及了前庭代償,而MVN內(nèi)H2受體表達(dá)的變化極可能沒有涉及前庭代償。 第二部分單側(cè)迷路切除術(shù)后組胺受體H2,H3亞型在大鼠絨球中的變化 目的探討單側(cè)迷路切除術(shù)(unilateral labyrinthectomy, UL)后不同時程期間,大鼠絨球內(nèi)組胺受體H2,H3亞型的表達(dá)變化。 方法利用免疫組織化學(xué)、蛋白免疫印記法、切除大鼠一側(cè)迷路,觀察絨球內(nèi)組胺受體H2,H3亞型表達(dá)的變化,及探討其在前庭代償中可能的作用。 結(jié)果大鼠小腦絨球中存在H2,H3受體, UL后可誘導(dǎo)術(shù)側(cè)絨球組胺受體H2, H3亞型在術(shù)后1天,3天,7天依次上升,30天時恢復(fù)到正常水平,和假手術(shù)組及對側(cè)比較表達(dá)差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論在前庭代償中,組胺受體H2,H3亞型表達(dá)的變化極可能涉及前庭代償過程的不同階段。
[Abstract]:Changes of histamine receptor H 2 and H3 subtypes in the medial vestibular nuclei of rats after unilateral vagotomy

Objective To investigate the expression of histamine receptor ( H1 ) and H3 subtype in the medial vestibular nuclei ( MVN ) of rats during different periods after unilateral vagotomy ( UL ) .

Methods The expression of histamine receptor ( H2 ) and H3 subtype ( H3 ) in MVN was observed and its possible role in vestibular compensation was investigated .

Results Compared with the sham operation group , there was no significant difference between the two groups of histamine receptor H2 subtype and 1 day , 3 day , 7 day group and sham operation group . After UL , the histamine receptor H3 subtype of MVN region was decreased in 1 day after operation , and recovered to normal level in 3 days and 7 days .

Conclusion The presence of H2 and H3 receptors in MVN in rats may involve vestibular compensation in the early stage of vestibular compensation , while the changes in the expression of H2 receptor in MVN may not involve the vestibular compensation .

Changes of histamine receptor H 2 and H3 subtype in rat suede after partial unilateral vagotomy in rats

Objective To investigate the expression of histamine receptor ( H2 ) and H3 subtype ( H3 ) subtype in rats after unilateral vagotomy ( UL ) .

Methods The expression of histamine receptor ( H2 ) and H3 subtype ( H3 ) was observed and its possible role in vestibular compensation was investigated by using immunohistochemistry and immunohistochemical method .

Results There were H2 , H3 receptors in the rat cerebellum . After UL , the histamine receptor H2 and H3 subtype were gradually increased in 1 day , 3 days , 7 days after operation , and normal level was recovered at 30 days , and the difference between sham operation group and contralateral side was statistically significant .

Conclusion In the vestibular compensation , the changes of histamine receptor H2 and H3 subtype may be related to different stages of the vestibular compensation process .
