寧夏地區(qū)變應(yīng)性鼻炎與微量元素的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的探討寧夏地區(qū)變應(yīng)性鼻炎與微量元素的關(guān)系。為臨床變應(yīng)性鼻炎的診治和預(yù)防提供參考依據(jù)。 方法將2010年1月~12月就診于寧夏醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉頭頸外科診斷為變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者106人作為實驗組,以健康志愿者作為對照組(103例)。所有研究人群取靜脈血3ml-5ml,同時剪取入選對象枕部頭發(fā)長約1cm,重約1g。采用電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜(ICP-AES)法測定入選對象血清及頭發(fā)中Ca、Ni、Fe、Mg、Zn、Sr、Mn、Cu、Se含量,用t檢驗比較變應(yīng)性鼻炎組和對照組血清和頭發(fā)中微量元素的差異及不同性別、民族、是否伴有哮喘、常年性和季節(jié)性變應(yīng)性鼻炎血清微量元素含量的不同;采用ANOVA檢驗比較不同年齡組間患者血清中微量元素的差異。用Pearson相關(guān)分析分析變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者血清中微量元素之間的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果(1)變應(yīng)性鼻炎組血清中Zn、Se的含量低于對照組,Cu、Ni含量高于對照組,差異有顯著性(P0.05)。變應(yīng)性鼻炎組頭發(fā)中Zn、Se的含量低于對照組,Cu、Ni值高于對照組,差異有顯著性(P0.05)。(2)在6~18歲年齡段中變應(yīng)性鼻炎組與對照組相比Cu含量升高,Zn、Se含量降低,差異具有顯著性(P0.05);在19-40歲年齡段中變應(yīng)性鼻炎組與對照組相比Ni、Cu高與對照組,Zn低與對照組,差異具有顯著性(P0.05);在40歲以上年齡段中變應(yīng)性鼻炎組與對照組Ni、Cu差異具有顯著性(P0.05),變應(yīng)性鼻炎組高與對照組;男性中,變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者與對照組相比Cu、Ni增高,Zn、Se含量減低,差異具有顯著性(P0.05);女性中,變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者Cu、Ni較高,Zn、Se對照組較高(P0.05);在回族中,變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者血清Zn、Se的含量低于對照組,Cu、Ni含量高于對照組(P 0.05);在漢族中,變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者Zn低于對照組,Ni含量高于對照組差異具有顯著性(P0.05);伴有哮喘患者與不伴有哮喘患者相比,Zn、Se的含量降低,Cu升高,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05);常年變應(yīng)性鼻炎與季節(jié)性變應(yīng)性鼻炎相比,血清微量元素Ca、Ni、Fe、Mg、Zn、Sr、Mn、Cu、Se的含量差異均有無著性意義(P0.05)。(3)變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者血清Sr與Ca呈正相關(guān)(r=0.759, P0.05)、Ca與Zn呈正相關(guān)(r=0.821, P0.05)、Cu與Zn呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.722, P0.05),其他元素之間無明顯相關(guān)性。 結(jié)論(1)本實驗初步了解寧夏地區(qū)變應(yīng)性鼻炎組與對照組血清及頭發(fā)中微量元素Zn、Se、Cu、Ni的含量有顯著性差異,提示這幾種微量元素可能與變應(yīng)性鼻炎的發(fā)生發(fā)展相關(guān)。(2)年齡、民族、是否伴有哮喘可能是變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者血清微量元素含量的影響因素。性別、常年性或季節(jié)性與變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者血清微量元素含量關(guān)系不大。(3)變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者血清微量元素之間Sr與Ca、Ca與Zn、Cu與Zn之間存在明顯相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between allergic rhinitis and trace elements in Ningxia. To provide reference for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of allergic rhinitis. Methods 106 patients with allergic rhinitis diagnosed by otolaryngology and neck surgery in affiliated hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January to December 2010 were selected as experimental group and 103 healthy volunteers as control group. The venous blood was taken from all the subjects, and the occipital hair length was about 1 cm and the weight was about 1 g. Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES-) was used to determine the contents of Ca-NiNiOFE-FE-Zn-Si-MnMn-CuSe in serum and hair. The differences of trace elements in serum and hair between allergic rhinitis group and control group were compared by t test, and the differences of sex and nationality were compared between the two groups. The levels of trace elements in serum of patients with asthma, perennial rhinitis and seasonal allergic rhinitis were different. ANOVA test was used to compare the differences of serum trace elements among patients of different age groups. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between trace elements in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis. Results (1) the content of ZnSe in serum of allergic rhinitis group was lower than that of control group (P 0.05). The content of ZnSe in the hair of allergic rhinitis group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P0.05U. 2) in the allergic rhinitis group, the Cu content in the allergic rhinitis group was higher than that in the control group, and the Cu content in the allergic rhinitis group was higher than that in the control group, and the content of ZnSe in the allergic rhinitis group was lower than that in the control group. In the age group of 19 to 40 years old, the level of Niu in allergic rhinitis group was higher than that in control group, and the content of Zn in control group was lower than that in control group. There was a significant difference between the allergic rhinitis group and the control group (P 0.05), and between the allergic rhinitis group (P 0.05) and the control group (P 0.05), while in the male patients with allergic rhinitis compared with the control group, the content of Cu Ni was higher than that in the control group, and the content of ZnSe in the allergic rhinitis group was lower than that in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the patients with allergic rhinitis and the control group (P < 0.05). The difference was significant (P 0.05); in women, the content of Cu Ni was higher in allergic rhinitis than that in control group (P 0.05); in Hui nationality, the content of serum ZnSe in allergic rhinitis was lower than that in control group (P 0.05); in Han nationality, it was higher than that in control group (P 0.05), but in the Han nationality, the content of Zn-Se in the serum of the patients with allergic rhinitis was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). The content of Zn in patients with allergic rhinitis was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.05), and the content of ZnSe in patients with asthma was significantly lower than that in patients without asthma. There was significant difference between perennial allergic rhinitis and seasonal allergic rhinitis. There were no significant differences in the contents of serum trace element CaanNiNiNiFeFeMZMnMnMnCuSe in allergic rhinitis. There was a positive correlation between serum Sr and Ca in patients with allergic rhinitis, a positive correlation between serum Sr and Ca, a positive correlation between P0.05C and Zn (r 0.821), a negative correlation between P0.05Cu and Zn, and a negative correlation between P0.05Cu and Zn, and there was no significant correlation between other elements. Conclusion (1) in this experiment, we preliminarily understand the significant difference in the contents of serum and hair trace elements (ZnSeSeCuCU Ni) between the allergic rhinitis group and the control group, suggesting that these trace elements may be related to the occurrence and development of allergic rhinitis. Whether or not asthma is associated with allergic rhinitis may be an influential factor in serum trace element content. Sex, perennial or seasonal, and serum trace element content in allergic rhinitis were not related to serum trace element content in allergic rhinitis. There was significant correlation between Sr and Ca, Ca, Zn and Zn in serum trace elements in allergic rhinitis patients.
