【摘要】：正患者,女,14歲,因左側(cè)肢體無力4個月余,左側(cè)視物不清12 d于2013年11月14日入院�；颊哂�2013年6月29日突發(fā)左側(cè)肢體無力,上肢不能平舉,不能握拳,下肢不能行走。在當?shù)蒯t(yī)院住院檢查治療,診斷為腦梗死。經(jīng)藥物治療及康復治療2個月后,癥狀好轉(zhuǎn),左上肢可平舉過肩,左手不能持物,無跛行。11月2日晨起覺左眼視物不清,僅有光感。外院眼科診為視神經(jīng)炎,為進一步診治而來我院。發(fā)病前(6月20日左右)曾有左股內(nèi)側(cè)皮膚多發(fā)紅色丘疹并疼痛,未經(jīng)特殊診治,并有流涕、咽痛、咳嗽等,發(fā)熱,體溫38℃,當?shù)蒯t(yī)院以感冒給予對癥治療。此次

On June 29 , 2013 , the patient suffered from weakness of the left limb . The upper limb was unable to walk . After 2 months of treatment with medication and rehabilitation , the left arm was not allowed to walk . The left upper limb was diagnosed as cerebral infarction .
