有晶體眼后房型人工晶體V4c植入術(shù)后拱高對前房結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:目的觀察有晶體眼后房型人工晶體V4c植入術(shù)后拱高對前房結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。方法對重慶普瑞眼科醫(yī)院2014年11月2日至2015年2月5日開展的56眼有晶體眼后房型人工晶體V4c植入術(shù)進(jìn)行回顧性研究。術(shù)前用房角鏡檢查房角并記錄前房角色素分級,用Pentacam測量平均前房角寬度(ACA)、前房容積(ACV)。術(shù)后第1、3、6個月復(fù)診時測量中央拱高和平均ACA以及ACV,并記錄前房角色素分級。對患者手術(shù)后3次復(fù)查的拱高與ACA減小的量、ACV減小的量進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果術(shù)后1個月56眼的拱高為250~765μm,ACA減小的量為(13.67±1.67)°,ACV減小量為(94.23±17.02)mm3。術(shù)后第3個月55眼的拱高為239~761μm,ACA減小的量為(13.70±1.68)°,ACV減小量為(93.6±17.48)mm3。術(shù)后第6個月51眼拱高為246~761μm,ACA減小的量為(13.60±1.69)°,ACV減小量為(94.29±17.80)mm3。未發(fā)現(xiàn)色素為Ⅱ級的病例。將3次復(fù)查的中央拱高與ACA和ACV減小量進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。中央拱高越大,則ACA和ACV改變量越大。結(jié)論有晶體眼后房型人工晶體V4c植入術(shù)后前房角變窄,前房容積下降。中央拱高與ACA和ACV改變量呈正相關(guān),合適的拱高對保持房角開放有積極的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of arch height on anterior chamber structure after implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens (V4c). Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 56 eyes of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation (V4c) from November 2, 2014 to February 5, 2015 in Chongqing Prii Eye Hospital. The angle of anterior chamber was examined with angle endoscopy before operation and the classification of anterior chamber rolein was recorded. The mean anterior chamber angle width and anterior chamber volume were measured by Pentacam and ACVV respectively. The central arch height, mean ACA and ACVS were measured at 3 and 6 months after operation. The correlation between the arch height and the decrease of ACA and the decrease of ACV were analyzed. Results one month after operation, the arch height of 56 eyes was 250,765 渭 m ACA decreased by 13.67 鹵1.67 擄ACV decreased by 94.23 鹵17.02 mm 3. In the third month after operation, the arch height of 55 eyes was 239V 761 渭 m ACA decreased by 13.70 鹵1.68 擄ACV decreased by 93.6 鹵17.48mm.
