【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)奧洛他定滴眼液聯(lián)合雙氯芬酸鈉滴眼液治療過(guò)敏性結(jié)膜炎的臨床療效及安全性。方法將186例過(guò)敏性的結(jié)膜炎患者隨機(jī)分成2組:試驗(yàn)組96例,給予奧洛他定聯(lián)合雙氯芬酸鈉滴眼液點(diǎn)眼;對(duì)照組90例,單用奧洛他定滴眼液點(diǎn)眼,分別于治療前與治療后7,14 d觀察患者癥狀與體征的變化,評(píng)價(jià)臨床療效及安全性。結(jié)果治療7 d后試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組有效率分別為68.8%與52.2%,治療14 d后分別為85.4%及64.4%,試驗(yàn)組高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。2組均未見(jiàn)明顯藥物不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論奧洛他定聯(lián)合雙氯芬酸鈉滴眼液對(duì)緩解過(guò)敏性結(jié)膜炎患者的癥狀與體征明顯改善,且無(wú)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of oloatadine eye drops combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. Methods 186 patients with allergic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 96), the control group (n = 90), the control group (n = 90) and the control group (n = 90). The changes of symptoms and signs were observed before treatment and 7 days after treatment, and the clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated. Results after 7 days of treatment, the effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 68.8% and 52.2%, respectively. After 14 days of treatment, the effective rates were 85.4% and 64.4%, respectively. Conclusion Olotazidine combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops can relieve the symptoms and signs of allergic conjunctivitis without serious adverse reactions.
