【摘要】：目的探討白內(nèi)障超聲乳化吸出聯(lián)合人工晶狀體植入術(shù)后黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度與最佳矯正視力(best corrected visual acuity,BCVA)的相關(guān)性。方法選取2013年1月至2014年3月于我院接受超聲乳化吸出聯(lián)合人工晶狀體植入術(shù)治療的67例(83眼)白內(nèi)障患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析,根據(jù)患者術(shù)后黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度將患者分為低厚度組(≤330μm)、中厚度組(330~350μm)及高厚度組(≥350μm),對(duì)比3組術(shù)后1周及術(shù)后1個(gè)月的BCVA差異,同時(shí)分析術(shù)后1周黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度與BCVA的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 3組術(shù)后1周及1個(gè)月BCVA均較術(shù)前顯著提高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05);但術(shù)后1周及術(shù)后1個(gè)月BCVA比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后1周、1個(gè)月低厚度組BCVA均明顯高于中厚度組及高厚度組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05),而中厚度組BCVA明顯高于高厚度組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。術(shù)后1周低厚度組、中厚度組和高厚度組黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度分別為(322.67±36.61)μm、(341.72±37.36)μm、(352.61±29.59)μm,相關(guān)性分析顯示,術(shù)后1周黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度與BCVA存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.724,P=0.000)。術(shù)后1周低厚度組、中厚度組和高厚度組BCVA與術(shù)前差值分別為-0.56±0.12、-0.41±0.41、-0.23±0.56,相關(guān)性分析顯示,術(shù)后1周黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度與BCVA差值也存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.613,P=0.000)。結(jié)論超聲乳化吸出聯(lián)合人工晶狀體植入術(shù)后患者的黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度與BCVA存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)性。
