【摘要】：目的:探討低溫等離子射頻消融術(shù)對成人阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征（OSAHS）的治療及其臨床應(yīng)用價值的評價。 方法:選擇我院2010年1月～2012年1月間接受低溫等離子射頻消融術(shù)治療的成人中重度OSAHS患者52例（中度20例，重度32例），對患者上氣道不同平面如下鼻甲、軟腭、懸雍垂、扁桃體、舌根及舌體等部位進(jìn)行治療，術(shù)后隨訪1年，復(fù)查多導(dǎo)睡眠監(jiān)測（PSG），比較治療前后睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣指數(shù)（AHI）、最低血氧飽和度（LSaO2），評價手術(shù)療效。 結(jié)果:手術(shù)前后AHI平均值分別為46.8±23.5和24.1±19.7，LSaO2平均值分別為68.5±20.2和79.1±15.5，術(shù)后AHI和LSaO2均較術(shù)前明顯改善(P0.05)。52例患者中，，治愈7例（13.5%），顯效28例（53.8%），有效14例（26.9%），無效3例（5.8%），總有效率為94.2%。 結(jié)論:低溫等離子射頻消融術(shù)治療成人OSAHS操作簡便、安全，術(shù)中創(chuàng)傷小，術(shù)后痛苦小，恢復(fù)速度快，可重復(fù)進(jìn)行治療，患者容易接受；低溫等離子射頻消融術(shù)可對成人OSAHS患者上呼吸道不同平面進(jìn)行有效的治療，可明顯改善患者的生活質(zhì)量，是一種值得廣泛推廣的手術(shù)方式。
[Abstract]:Objective : To evaluate the treatment and clinical application value of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation ( RF ) ablation in adult obstructive sleep apnea .

Methods : 52 cases ( 20 cases of moderate and severe 32 cases ) were treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation between January 2010 and January 2012 . The patients were followed up for 1 year after the treatment . The patients were followed up for 1 year , the PSG were reviewed , and the effects of sleep apnea and low ventilation index ( ahi ) and minimum blood oxygen saturation ( LSaO2 ) were compared before and after treatment .

Results : Before and after operation , the mean values were 46.8 鹵 23.5 and 24.1 鹵 19.7 , respectively , the mean values of LSaO2 were 68.5 鹵 20.2 and 79.1 鹵 15.5 respectively . Among 52 patients , 7 cases ( 13.5 % ) were cured , 28 cases ( 53.8 % ) were effective , 14 cases were effective ( 26 . 9 % ) , 3 cases ( 5.8 % ) were ineffective , and the total effective rate was 94.2 % .

Conclusion : Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation is simple and safe in operation , small in trauma , small in postoperative pain , fast in recovery rate , and can be treated repeatedly , and the patient is easy to accept ;
Low - temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation can effectively treat upper respiratory tract and upper respiratory tract in adult patients with obstructive sleep apnea . It can obviously improve the quality of life of patients , and is a widely used surgical approach .
