【摘要】：目的總結(jié)人工鐙骨植手術(shù)中技巧的配合及其療效。方法 80例耳硬化癥患者作為研究對象,均采用人工鐙骨植入手術(shù)進(jìn)行治療。觀察治療效果。結(jié)果 80例患者均順利完成手術(shù),手術(shù)平均時(shí)間為(65.7±27.2)min,右耳聽力平均改善(23.5±9.0)d B,左耳聽力平均改善(22.4±9.6)d B。并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為2.50%。結(jié)論在耳硬化癥的治療過程中,使用人工鐙骨植入手術(shù)配合嫻熟的技巧能夠有效的提升治療效果,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the cooperation and curative effect of stapes prosthesis. Methods 80 cases of ear sclerosis were treated by stapes implantation. Observe the therapeutic effect. Results all the 80 patients completed the operation successfully, the average time of operation was 65.7 鹵27.2min, the average improvement of right ear hearing was 23.5 鹵9.0 dB, the average improvement of left ear hearing was 22.4 鹵9.6 dB. The incidence of complications was 2.50. Conclusion in the treatment of ear sclerosis, the use of artificial stapes implantation combined with skilled skills can effectively improve the efficacy of the treatment, and it is worthy of clinical application.
