【摘要】：顳骨巖部膽脂瘤是臨床上的少見病,其圍繞迷路,緩慢生長(zhǎng)。臨床癥狀主要有聽力下降、面癱、眩暈等,與顳骨其他疾病的癥狀相似,無特異性,容易誤診誤治。隨著影像手段及顯微外科技術(shù)的逐步發(fā)展,巖部膽脂瘤的早期診斷及手術(shù)治療方法逐步改進(jìn)。本研究主要回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外近年巖部膽脂瘤的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合我們?cè)\治的病例,總結(jié)巖部膽脂瘤的病因分類、診斷及鑒別診斷,對(duì)巖部膽脂瘤的分型與手術(shù)入路的選擇等進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),為臨床進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化治療方案、選擇適合的手術(shù)方式,提高病人生存質(zhì)量提供參考。
[Abstract]:Petrous cholesteatoma of temporal bone is a rare clinical disease. It grows slowly around labyrinth. The clinical symptoms are mainly hearing loss, facial paralysis, vertigo, etc. They are similar to other diseases of temporal bone and have no specificity and are easy to be misdiagnosed and mistreated. With the development of imaging techniques and microsurgical techniques, the early diagnosis and surgical treatment of petrosal cholesteatoma have been improved step by step. In this study, we reviewed the related literatures of petrocholesteatoma at home and abroad in recent years, and summarized the etiological classification, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of petrocholesteatoma combined with our diagnosis and treatment. The classification of petrosal cholesteatoma and the choice of operative approach were analyzed and summarized in order to provide reference for further optimization of clinical treatment, selection of suitable surgical methods and improvement of patients' quality of life.
