【摘要】：正鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)是一多基因疾病,其發(fā)生與遺傳、EB病毒(EBV)感染、環(huán)境、飲食如腌制食品的攝入量等因素有關(guān),好發(fā)生于中國南部、東南亞及北非地區(qū)。由于其非特異性的早期癥狀而導(dǎo)致確診時常處于晚期,目前已造成了嚴重的全球性健康問題。因此,闡明NPC動態(tài)發(fā)展的分子機制,確定其進程中的生物標志物和檢測高
[Abstract]:Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a multigene disease, which is related to the infection of EBV, environment, diet such as pickled food intake and so on. NPCs may occur in southern China, Southeast Asia and North Africa. Due to its nonspecific early symptoms, the diagnosis is often in the late stage, which has caused serious global health problems. Therefore, the molecular mechanism of the dynamic development of NPC is clarified, the biomarkers in the process are determined and the detection is high.
