【摘要】：目的:觀察2種手術(shù)方法治療伴鼻中隔偏曲的變應(yīng)性鼻炎的療效及應(yīng)用價值。方法:將87例伴鼻中隔偏曲的變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者根據(jù)下鼻甲黏膜肥厚及骨增生情況分為2組,分別行鼻中隔偏曲矯正聯(lián)合雙下鼻甲低溫等離子射頻消融并骨折外移術(shù)、鼻中隔偏曲矯正聯(lián)合雙下鼻甲骨黏膜下部分切除術(shù),療效采用2004蘭州標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和鼻阻力測量值進行評價。結(jié)果:術(shù)后隨訪1年,患者鼻阻力較術(shù)前明顯改善,2組癥狀改善的總有效率均大于88%。結(jié)論:2種手術(shù)方法均顯著降低了患者的鼻阻力,改善了過敏性癥狀,效果良好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect and application value of two operative methods in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation. Methods: 87 cases of allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation were divided into two groups according to the mucosal hypertrophy and bone hyperplasia of inferior turbinate. The effect of nasal septum deviation correction combined with partial submucosal resection of double inferior turbinate bone was evaluated by 2004 Lanzhou standard and nasal resistance measurement. Results: after 1 year follow-up, the total effective rate of nasal resistance improvement was higher than 88% in both groups. Conclusion the two methods can significantly reduce the nasal resistance and improve the allergic symptoms.
