【摘要】：正患者男,46歲,因"右眼局部紅腫,眼分泌物增多6個月"入院。�？茩z查:右眼上瞼紅腫,壓痛(+/-),瞼裂較左眼縮小,未捫及明顯腫塊。右眼結(jié)膜內(nèi)眥部球結(jié)膜見0.5cm×0.5cm大小新生物,色紅,表明光滑,帶蒂,活動度好。右眼眼球稍向外突出,眼球向各個方向運動受限,眼眶有壓痛,指測眶壓明顯增高。MRI:右眼球突出,右上直肌群明顯增粗,呈腫塊樣改變,邊緣模糊,T1WI呈稍低信號,T2WI呈稍高信號;右外直肌、內(nèi)直肌輕度增粗,右上瞼軟組織增厚;增強掃描病變呈顯著不均勻強化,右上直肌內(nèi)可見環(huán)形強化(圖1)。穿刺活檢病理學(xué)診
[Abstract]:The patient, aged 46, was admitted to hospital because of local redness and exudation of the right eye for 6 months. Special examination: right upper eyelid redness, tenderness (P-U, eyelid fissure is smaller than left eye, not palpable mass. The bulbar conjunctiva of the inner canthus of the right eye showed the size of 0.5cm 脳 0.5cm, which was red, smooth, pedicled and with good activity. The right eye slightly protruded outward, the eye movement in all directions was limited, the orbital pressure was obviously increased. MRI: the right ocular bulb protruded, the right superior rectus muscle group thickened obviously, and the margin was slightly lower on T 1WI and slightly hyperintense on T 2WI. Right lateral rectus muscle, medial rectus muscle slightly thickened, right upper eyelid soft tissue thickening, contrast-enhanced lesions showed significantly uneven enhancement, ring enhancement could be seen in right superior rectus muscle (Fig. 1).
