Acrysof IQ Restor multifocal toric人工晶狀體植入白內(nèi)障患者的早期臨床觀察

【摘要】:目的 Acrysof IQ Restor multifocal toric人工晶狀體(intraocular len,IOL)是一種新型IOL,可在一次手術中實現(xiàn)老視和角膜散光的矯正。文章旨在評價白內(nèi)障超聲乳化聯(lián)合Acrysof IQ Restor toric IOL植入術后患者的早期臨床效果。方法對前來南京軍區(qū)南京總醫(yī)院行白內(nèi)障超聲乳化聯(lián)合多焦點散光型IOL植入患者7例(9眼)進行分析,其術前散光均≥1.0 D。術后隨訪3個月,分別觀察術前及術后1周、1個月、3個月裸眼遠近視力、最佳矯正遠近視力、等效球鏡等效球鏡、焦點深度、預計殘余散光、術后殘余散光及人工晶狀體的穩(wěn)定性、對比敏感度(contrast sensitivity,CS)及脫鏡率等。結(jié)果術后3個月,裸眼遠視力(logMAR)為0.07±0.10,最佳矯正遠視力為0.02±0.11,裸眼近視力為0.12±0.06,最佳矯正近視力為0.08±0.07,等效球鏡≤±0.5D者8眼(88.9%),焦點深度為(5.32±1.78)D。術后3個月全眼總散光(0.25±0.28)D,與術前(1.55±0.39)D相比,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。術后全眼總散光與術前預計殘留散光(0.13±0.09)D接近,其差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。術后3個月,IOL軸位平均偏離(3.11±1.61)°。術后3個月與術后1個月相比,眩光和無眩光時CS在中低頻區(qū)(3、6、12cpd)的提高差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),而在高頻區(qū)(18cpd)提高差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。術后脫鏡率為100%。結(jié)論 Acrysof IQ Restor toric多焦點散光型人工晶狀體能為白內(nèi)障患者提供滿意的全程視力、視覺質(zhì)量和脫鏡率,可預測性好,并有良好的旋轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Objective Acrysof IQ Restor multifocal toric intraocular lens (IOL) is a new type of intraocular lens (IOL), which can be used to correct presbyopia and corneal astigmatism in a single operation. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the early clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with Acrysof IQ Restor toric IOL implantation. Methods 7 cases (9 eyes) of cataract phacoemulsification combined with multifocal astigmatism (IOL) implantation in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing military region were analyzed. All patients were followed up for 3 months. The uncorrected far and near visual acuity, the best corrected far and near visual acuity, the equivalent ball lens, the focal depth, the predicted residual astigmatism were observed before and 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation, respectively. Postoperative residual astigmatism and intraocular lens stability, contrast sensitivity (CSA) and removal rate. Results within 3 months after operation, the distance visual acuity of naked eyes was 0.07 鹵0.10, the best corrected far visual acuity was 0.02 鹵0.11, the best corrected near visual acuity was 0.12 鹵0.06, the best corrected near visual acuity was 0.08 鹵0.07, and 8 eyes with equivalent spherical lens 鈮,
