正常青年人不同體位和凝視角度眼性前庭誘發(fā)肌源性電位的差異

【摘要】:目的探討正常青年人不同體位和凝視角度眼性前庭誘發(fā)肌源性電位(oVEMP)的差異,為異常判斷提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法選擇健康青年人17例(34耳),分別采用平臥和坐位兩種體位,以及平視、向上凝視30°和向上凝視45°3種眼位進(jìn)行oVEMP檢測,對N1、P1潛伏期,N1-P1間期,N1-P1幅度和雙耳N1-P1幅度不對稱比等結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果兩種體位3種凝視角度oVEMP的引出率為100%,N1潛伏期、P1潛伏期、N1-P1間期及N1-P1幅度雙側(cè)不對稱比差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);在同一凝視角度,N1-P1幅度除了平視外,向上凝視30°和向上凝視45°時坐位和臥位比較均差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01);在同一體位,3種凝視角度N1-P1幅度比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論 oVEMP的誘出,坐位比臥位幅度要大,向上凝視45°比向上凝視30°的幅度要大,平視時幅度最小不推薦使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the difference of ocular vestibular evoked potential (OVEMPP) in normal young people with different postures and gaze angles, and to provide criteria for abnormal judgment. Methods oVEMP was performed in 17 healthy young patients with 34 ears in supine position and sitting position, as well as in 30 擄and 45 擄eye positions in the horizontal view, and 30 擄and 45 擄in the upward gaze, respectively. The amplitude of N1-P1 in N1-P1 interval and the asymmetric ratio of amplitude of N1-P1 in two ears were compared and analyzed. Results the elicitation rate of oVEMP with three gaze angles in two postures was 100%. There was no significant difference in N1-P1 interval and N1-P1 amplitude between N1-P1 interval and N1-P1 amplitude (P 0.05), while in the same gaze angle, N1-P1 amplitude was not significantly different. There were significant differences in sitting position and supine position between 30 擄and 45 擄staring upward, and there were significant differences in N1-P1 amplitude of three gaze angles in the same position. Conclusion the inducement of oVEMP is larger in sitting position than in lying position. The amplitude of 45 擄gazing up is larger than that of 30 擄up gazing up. The minimum amplitude of horizontal vision is not recommended.
