【摘要】：目的探討掩蔽法治療感音神經(jīng)性耳鳴的療效及影響療效的因素。方法收集2008年1月-2009年1月就診于該院門診的感音神經(jīng)性耳鳴患者,采用耳鳴康復(fù)儀對(duì)患者進(jìn)行掩蔽治療分析其療效,并采用logistic法分析影響療效因素。結(jié)果共收集40例患者。其中,男23例,女17例;年齡18~65歲,平均(50.6±16.03)歲;經(jīng)過1、2個(gè)療程治療后,隨訪3個(gè)月,患者總有效率65.00%。多因素logistic回歸分析顯示:耳鳴病程;病情級(jí)別;患者年齡;聽力狀況及音調(diào)特征是影響掩蔽法治療感音神經(jīng)性耳鳴的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)論掩蔽法治療感音神經(jīng)性耳鳴療效滿意,簡(jiǎn)便,安全,無明顯副作用,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用;尤其對(duì)病程短,病情級(jí)別低,年齡小,聽力好,單一音調(diào)者療效更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of masking therapy on sensorineural tinnitus and its influencing factors. Methods the patients with sensorineural tinnitus from January 2008 to January 2009 were collected and masked by tinnitus rehabilitation instrument, and the influencing factors were analyzed by logistic method. Results A total of 40 patients were collected. Among them, there were 23 males and 17 females, aged 18 ~ 65 years (mean 50.6 鹵16.03) years. After 1 or 2 courses of treatment, the total effective rate was 65.00% after 3 months follow-up. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the course of tinnitus, the grade of the disease, the age of the patients, the hearing status and the tone characteristics were the related factors affecting the treatment of sensorineural tinnitus by masking. Conclusion the effect of masking therapy on sensorineural tinnitus is satisfactory, simple, safe and without obvious side effects, which is worth popularizing, especially for those with short course of disease, low grade of disease, small age, good hearing and single tone.
