視網(wǎng)膜色素變性黃斑區(qū)視網(wǎng)膜FD-OCT及mfERG觀察

【摘要】:目的利用頻域光學(xué)相干斷層掃描(frequency domain optical coherence tomography,FD-OCT)及多焦視網(wǎng)膜電圖(multifocal electroretinorgram,mf ERG)觀察視網(wǎng)膜色素變性(retinitis pigmentosa,RP)患者黃斑區(qū)視網(wǎng)膜圖像特征。方法選取臨床確診的RP患者30例(30眼)作為RP組,年齡相匹配的健康人30人(30眼)作為對(duì)照組。采用FD-OCT RTVue的E-MM5掃描模式對(duì)5 mm×5 mm范圍的黃斑中心視網(wǎng)膜進(jìn)行檢測(cè),獲取視網(wǎng)膜厚度及內(nèi)、外層視網(wǎng)膜容積,同時(shí)采用RETIport視覺(jué)電生理系統(tǒng)測(cè)量mf ERG,對(duì)兩組測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果 RP組視網(wǎng)膜黃斑中心凹厚度為(140.80±19.25)μm,對(duì)照組為(165.91±14.39)μm,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。RP組黃斑區(qū)外層視網(wǎng)膜體積為(3.61±0.18)mm3,低于對(duì)照組(4.59±0.11)mm3,差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。RP組黃斑區(qū)內(nèi)層視網(wǎng)膜體積為(2.28±0.10)mm3,對(duì)照組為(2.30±0.10)mm3,兩組比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。RP組mf ERG各環(huán)N1、P1波反應(yīng)密度值均低于對(duì)照組,且差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。RP組N1、P1波3~5環(huán)的潛伏期較對(duì)照組顯著延長(zhǎng),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。結(jié)論 FD-OCT和mf ERG相結(jié)合可有效評(píng)價(jià)RP患者視網(wǎng)膜功能及形態(tài)特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the retinal features of macular area in patients with retinitis pigmentosa (RP) by frequency domain optical coherence tomography (FD-OCT) and multifocal electroretinogram (ERG). Methods 30 cases (30 eyes) of RP were selected as RP group and 30 eyes (30 eyes of age-matched healthy persons) as control group. The macular central retina in the range of 5 mm 脳 5 mm was detected by E-MM5 scanning mode of FD-OCT RTVue. The retinal thickness and the volume of the inner and outer retina were obtained. Meanwhile, the mfERGs were measured by RETIport visual electrophysiological system. The results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results the retinal fovea thickness was 140.80 鹵19.25 渭 m in RP group and 165.91 鹵14.39 渭 m in control group. There was no significant difference in retinal volume of macular area in RP group (P 0.05 鹵0.18 mm 3), which was significantly lower than that in control group (4.59 鹵0.11 mm 3). The volume was 2.28 鹵0.10mm3 in the control group and 2.30 鹵0.10mm3 in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The latency of N1P 1 wave 3 5 ring in P0.05).RP group was significantly longer than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (all P 0. 05%). Conclusion the combination of FD-OCT and MF ERG can effectively evaluate the retinal function and morphological characteristics of RP patients.
