【摘要】：正耳廓化膿性軟骨膜炎是耳廓軟骨膜的急性化膿性炎癥,軟骨因血供障礙而逐漸壞死,病情發(fā)展迅速,可導致耳廓畸形〔1-2〕。本研究對我科6年來收治的耳廓化膿性軟骨膜炎患者從感染的病原菌種類及藥敏試驗結(jié)果角度分析,結(jié)合治療經(jīng)驗,探討其臨床意義。1資料與方法1.1研究對象選取我院耳鼻咽喉科2008-06-2014-06期間診斷為耳廓化膿性軟骨膜炎的82例患者為研究對象,其中男49例,女33例;年齡14~75歲。詳細
[Abstract]:Positive auricular suppurative pericoronitis is an acute suppurative inflammation of auricle chondroderma. The cartilage is gradually necrotic due to blood supply disturbance, and the disease develops rapidly, which can lead to auricle deformity. In this study, we analyzed the pathogenic bacteria species and drug sensitivity test results of the patients with suppurative pericoronitis of auricle in our department for 6 years, combined with the experience of treatment.
