【摘要】：目的探討不同月齡聽(tīng)力正常嬰兒聽(tīng)性腦干反應(yīng)(auditory brainstem responses,ABR)正常值及變化規(guī)律。方法對(duì)212例(327耳)聽(tīng)力正常嬰兒進(jìn)行ABR測(cè)試,按年齡段分組:1~月齡組167耳,3~月齡組105耳,6~12月齡組55耳,觀察各組ABR反應(yīng)閾、波潛伏期、波間期、Ⅴ/Ⅰ波振幅比及閾值附近波ⅠⅢ、Ⅴ引出率。結(jié)果在75dB nHL短聲刺激下,各組嬰兒波Ⅲ、Ⅴ潛伏期,Ⅰ—Ⅲ、Ⅲ—Ⅴ、Ⅰ—Ⅴ波間期均隨月齡增大而逐漸縮短,Ⅴ/Ⅰ波振幅比隨著月齡增加逐漸增大,各組間兩兩比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),波Ⅰ潛伏期隨月齡增加無(wú)明顯變化,閾值附近波ⅠⅢ、Ⅴ出現(xiàn)率隨月齡增加而不同。結(jié)論嬰兒ABR檢測(cè)時(shí),閾值附近各波引出的表現(xiàn)形式,其成熟程度依次為:僅引出Ⅴ波僅引出Ⅲ、Ⅴ波ⅠⅢ、Ⅴ波均引出;嬰兒聽(tīng)覺(jué)神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)是在不斷發(fā)育和完善的,且聽(tīng)覺(jué)通路各部位的神經(jīng)發(fā)育是不平衡的,判斷嬰兒ABR檢測(cè)結(jié)果要根據(jù)不同月齡選擇相應(yīng)的參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the normal values and changes of auditory brainstem response (ABR) in infants with normal hearing at different months. Methods ABR test was performed on 212 infants with normal hearing. According to the age group, 167 ears were divided into 1: 1 ~ month old group and 105 ears from 3 to 12 months old group. 55 ears were divided into 5 groups.
