【摘要】：目的研究重組牛堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)對準(zhǔn)分子激光原位角膜磨鑲術(shù)(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)后角膜神經(jīng)修復(fù)和角膜知覺恢復(fù)的作用。方法將LASIK術(shù)后患者隨機(jī)分入治療組(treatment group,TG)和對照組(control group,CG)進(jìn)行臨床對比觀察,TG組20例(40眼),CG組18例(36眼)。TG組應(yīng)用r-bFGF滴眼液和眼用凝膠(貝復(fù)舒),CG組應(yīng)用玻璃酸鈉滴眼液(愛麗),均為每天4次,連續(xù)給藥3個月。于術(shù)后1周、1個月、3個月、6個月對比兩組角膜中央知覺和角膜中央上皮下神經(jīng)纖維恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果術(shù)后各時間點(diǎn)兩組間裸眼視力比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均為P0.05),術(shù)后6個月時兩組裸眼視力均≥5.0。術(shù)后1周、1個月、3個月、6個月時角膜知覺TG組為13.67±5.71、21.67±5.77、31.17±7.51、51.33±4.54,CG組為13.50±4.76、19.83±4.64、25.83±11.94、45.83±7.78,術(shù)后1周、1個月時兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.087、0.094),術(shù)后3個月、6個月時TG組優(yōu)于CG組(P=0.005、0.018),術(shù)后6個月時兩組角膜知覺均未達(dá)到術(shù)前水平。術(shù)后1周、1個月、3個月、6個月時角膜神經(jīng)纖維密度TG組為(331.07±410.81)μm·mm-2、(531.53±516.87)μm·mm-2、(1924.73±1160.27)μm·mm-2、(4284.07±2372.23)μm·mm-2,CG組為(319.53±509.17)μm·mm-2、(486.20±611.48)μm·mm-2、(952.87±717.92)μm·mm-2、(2062.87±2417.16)μm·mm-2,術(shù)后1周、1個月時兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.801、0.072),術(shù)后3個月、6個月時TG組角膜神經(jīng)纖維密度高于CG組(P=0.033、0.000),術(shù)后6個月時兩組角膜神經(jīng)纖維密度仍明顯低于術(shù)前。結(jié)論 bFGF對LASIK術(shù)后角膜神經(jīng)修復(fù)和角膜知覺恢復(fù)具有促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (fibroblast growth) on corneal nerve repair and corneal perception recovery after laser in situ keratomileusissis (LASIK) with laser in situ keratomileusis (LASK). Methods the patients after LASIK were randomly divided into treatment group (TG) and control group (control group CGG). The clinical observation was made between 20 cases of TG group (20 cases) and 40 eyes of CG group (18 cases, 36 eyes) were treated with r-bFGF eye drops and eye gels (group B, C + C) were treated with sodium hyaluronate drop (n = 18, n = 36, n = 18, n = 36, n = 30). Liquid (Alicia), 4 times a day, The drug was given continuously for 3 months. At 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after operation, the corneal central perception and the recovery of the central subepithelial nerve fibers were compared between the two groups.
