【摘要】：目的探討耳后注射甲強(qiáng)龍對(duì)難治性突發(fā)性聾的治療效果。方法 45例經(jīng)全身糖皮質(zhì)激素治療后未痊愈的全部頻率下降的突發(fā)性聾患者,隨機(jī)分為兩組:對(duì)照組(23例)僅給予降低纖維蛋白原、改善微循環(huán)及營(yíng)養(yǎng)神經(jīng)等常規(guī)治療,耳后組(22例)在此治療基礎(chǔ)上給予耳后注射甲潑尼龍琥珀酸鈉20mg,隔日1次,共3次。結(jié)果給藥后兩周:耳后組及對(duì)照組總有效率分比為50%(11/22),30.4%(7/23);顯效率分別為22.7%(5/22),0。耳后組氣導(dǎo)平均聽閾提高20.01±14.11dB,對(duì)照組提高10.47±8.53dB,兩組之間有顯著差異(P=0.0087);耳后組低頻(250Hz,500Hz)氣導(dǎo)平均聽閾提高更顯著,分別提高24.09±16.95dB;25.23±18.29dB;而對(duì)照組低頻(250Hz,500Hz)分別提高10.43±9.87dB;11.52±9.46dB;兩組之間有顯著差異(P=0.0018,P=0.0027)。結(jié)論耳后注射甲強(qiáng)龍治療難治性突發(fā)性聾,療效顯著,且對(duì)低頻聽力提高的效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of posterior auricular injection of a strong dragon on refractory sudden deafness. Methods 45 cases of sudden deafness who had not recovered completely after the treatment of systemic glucocorticoid were divided into two groups randomly: the control group (23 cases) was given only the reduction of fibrinogen, improved microcirculation and nutritional nerve routine treatment, and after the ear group (22 cases). On the basis of this treatment, the post ear injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate 20mg was given 1 times a day for 3 times. The total effective ratio was 50% (11/22), 30.4% (7/23) and 22.7% (5/22) in the post ear group and the control group. The average hearing threshold of the group after 0. ears was increased by 20.01 + 14.11dB, and the control group was increased by 10.47 + 8.53dB, and two groups were among the two groups. Significant difference (P=0.0087); the average hearing threshold of low frequency (250Hz, 500Hz) increased by 24.09 + 16.95dB and 25.23 + 18.29dB respectively, while the low frequency (250Hz, 500Hz) in the control group was 10.43 + 9.87dB and 11.52 + 9.46dB, respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups (P=0.0018, P=0.0027). Conclusion the posterior injection of a strong dragon in the treatment of refractory sudden deafness The effect is remarkable and the effect on improving low frequency hearing is better.
