【摘要】：目的：研究應(yīng)用鼻中隔軟骨體外成形術(shù)矯正嚴(yán)重歪鼻畸形的效果;測(cè)量術(shù)中取出的鼻中隔軟骨的大小。 方法：對(duì)26例歪鼻合并鼻中隔偏曲患者行歪鼻矯正,截骨整形術(shù),同時(shí)行鼻中隔軟骨體外成形術(shù)。術(shù)中常規(guī)行鼻骨外側(cè)截骨,取出鼻中隔軟骨,將鼻中隔軟骨進(jìn)行切除、切割等處理后植入原位并縫合固定,矯正歪鼻畸形和鼻中隔偏曲畸形。術(shù)中以游標(biāo)卡尺測(cè)量鼻中隔軟骨的長(zhǎng)、寬和厚度,置于標(biāo)尺前拍照,以Digimizer ver.3.1.2.0軟件測(cè)量照片,計(jì)算鼻中隔軟骨的面積。 結(jié)果：26例患者中23例治愈,無(wú)鼻背塌陷和鼻中隔穿孔發(fā)生。術(shù)中取出的鼻中隔軟骨前后徑(平均值±標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差)27.69±3.22mm,上下徑26.76±4.63mm,最厚2.78±0.61mm,最薄0.80±0.61mm,面積548.94±123.07mm2。 結(jié)論：鼻中隔軟骨體外成形術(shù)用于矯止嚴(yán)重歪鼻畸形可以取得滿(mǎn)意效果,減少并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。鼻中隔軟骨變異較大,術(shù)中取出的軟骨面積為548.94±123.07mm2。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of extracorporeal nasoplasty for correction of severe deformity of nasal septum and measure the size of nasal septal cartilage taken out during operation. Methods: 26 patients with deviation of nasal septum were treated with anasystrophy, osteotomy and extracorporeal surgery of nasal septum cartilage. The lateral nasal osteotomy was performed during the operation, the nasal septal cartilage was removed, the nasal septal cartilage was resected, cut, and fixed by suture and in situ, the deviation of the nasal septum and the deviation of the nasal septum were corrected. The length, width and thickness of nasal septal cartilage were measured with Vernier caliper during operation. The area of nasal septal cartilage was calculated by Digimizer ver.3.1.2.0 software. Results among 26 cases, 23 cases were cured without nasal dorsum collapse and nasal septum perforation. The anterior and posterior diameter of nasal septum cartilage was removed (mean 鹵standard deviation 27.69 鹵3.22mm, inferior diameter 26.76 鹵4.63mm, maximum thickness 2.78 鹵0.61mm, thinnest 0.80 鹵0.61mm, area 548.94 鹵123.07mm). Conclusion: extracorporeal repair of nasal septal cartilage can achieve satisfactory results and reduce complications. The variation of nasal septal cartilage was greater, the area of cartilage removed during operation was 548.94 鹵123.07mm ~ 2.
