【摘要】：目的探討高膽紅素血癥新生兒聽(tīng)力損失程度與血清膽紅素水平的相關(guān)性。方法對(duì)70例足月出生、體重正常、確診為高膽紅素血癥的新生兒進(jìn)行血清膽紅素水平及聽(tīng)性腦干反應(yīng)(ABR)檢測(cè),并對(duì)其血清膽紅素水平、黃疸出現(xiàn)時(shí)間與ABR反應(yīng)閾進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果 70例患兒中ABR反應(yīng)閾正常17例,異常53例,其中重度聽(tīng)力損失27例;當(dāng)血清膽紅素342μmol/L時(shí),黃疸出現(xiàn)時(shí)間≤48小時(shí)組出現(xiàn)重度聽(tīng)力損失的比例高于黃疸出現(xiàn)時(shí)間48小時(shí)組(P0.05),而血清膽紅素值≥342μmol/L時(shí),黃疸出現(xiàn)時(shí)間≤48小時(shí)組與48小時(shí)組輕中度、重度聽(tīng)力損失者比例無(wú)明顯差異。ABR反應(yīng)閾異常的53例患兒中,血清膽紅素水平與ABR反應(yīng)閾呈正相關(guān)(r=0.041),而黃疸出現(xiàn)的時(shí)間與ABR反應(yīng)閾呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.291)。結(jié)論高膽紅素血癥新生兒黃疸出現(xiàn)的時(shí)間越早聽(tīng)力損傷的可能性越大,血清膽紅素值越高聽(tīng)力損失程度越重。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the degree of hearing loss and serum bilirubin level in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods Serum bilirubin level and auditory brainstem response (ABR) were measured in 70 newborns with normal birth weight and hyperbilirubinemia, and serum bilirubin levels were measured.
