【摘要】：目的分析采用影像導(dǎo)航進(jìn)行鼻內(nèi)翻性乳頭狀瘤、鼻竇骨瘤鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)的療效。方法 73例鼻腔內(nèi)翻性乳頭狀瘤、鼻竇骨瘤患者被分成導(dǎo)航組與非導(dǎo)航組,導(dǎo)航組采用影像導(dǎo)航下鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù),非導(dǎo)航組采用傳統(tǒng)鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)。分析兩組患者的手術(shù)時間、麻醉時間、術(shù)中出血量、并發(fā)癥及術(shù)后療效情況。結(jié)果導(dǎo)航組與非導(dǎo)航組患者麻醉時間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中出血量比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。鼻腔內(nèi)翻性乳頭狀瘤導(dǎo)航組與非導(dǎo)航組Ⅰ、Ⅱ級復(fù)發(fā)率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而在Ⅲ、Ⅳ級中復(fù)發(fā)率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。鼻竇骨瘤中非導(dǎo)航組有1例復(fù)發(fā),導(dǎo)航組未見復(fù)發(fā)病例。鼻腔內(nèi)翻性乳頭狀瘤中導(dǎo)航組與非導(dǎo)航組鼻內(nèi)并發(fā)癥比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ級鼻內(nèi)并發(fā)癥導(dǎo)航組與非導(dǎo)航組的發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而在Ⅲ、Ⅳ級鼻內(nèi)并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在鼻竇骨瘤中導(dǎo)航組與非導(dǎo)航組鼻內(nèi)并發(fā)癥比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對于鼻竇骨瘤及Ⅲ、Ⅳ級鼻腔內(nèi)翻性乳頭狀瘤,影像導(dǎo)航下鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù),特別在術(shù)前評價和確保手術(shù)中的安全性方面起到了有價值的輔助作用,使得腫瘤切除更徹底,復(fù)發(fā)率更低。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery and endoscopic sinus surgery in nasal inverted papilloma. Methods 73 patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity were divided into navigation group and non-navigation group. The operative time, anaesthesia time, intraoperative bleeding volume, complications and postoperative curative effect were analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in anesthetic time between the navigation group and the non-navigation group (P 0.05). The time of operation and the amount of intraoperative bleeding were significantly different between the navigation group and the non-navigation group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the nasal inverted papilloma navigation group and the non-navigation group in grade 鈪，
