【摘要】：正患者,男,14個月。2011年10月24日因咳嗽聲嘶、呼吸困難8h而以"急性喉炎"收入我院兒科,其家長訴患兒在田間玩耍后發(fā)病,當時無專人看管,情況不詳,否認有異物吸入史。其家族中爺爺有哮喘病史。入院體檢:體溫38.4℃,脈搏108次/min,呼吸28次/min,精神差,哭聲嘶啞,神志清醒,頸軟,口唇輕度發(fā)紺,雙肺呼吸音稍粗糙、對稱,伴明顯喘鳴音,心律齊,腹平軟,肝脾肋下未觸及腫大,四肢無水腫,神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常。專
