【摘要】：目的觀察共同性外斜視患者內(nèi)直肌中Myf-5的表達(dá)變化,探討其在共同性外斜視發(fā)病機(jī)制中的作用。 方法收集青島大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院2009年12月-2010年11月住院手術(shù)治療的共同性外斜視病人獲得的內(nèi)直肌段為斜視組,共16例。斜視組又根據(jù)年齡分為兒童斜視組(8例)和成人斜視組(8例)。另選同期行眼球摘除或角膜移植供體取得的內(nèi)直肌為成人對(duì)照組(共6例)。所有的內(nèi)直肌段固定切片后行Myf-5免疫組織化學(xué)染色,測(cè)Myf-5在眼外肌中表達(dá)的平均光密度值。對(duì)各組間平均光密度值進(jìn)行比較,并對(duì)斜視患者眼外肌中Myf-5平均光密度值與斜視度及年齡進(jìn)行Pearson相關(guān)性分析。 結(jié)果①M(fèi)v.f-5的平均光密度值在斜視組0.024±0.041,成人對(duì)照組0.233±0.024,兩者差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)：在兒童斜視組0.156±0.011,成人斜視組0.095±0.038,兩者差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);成人對(duì)照組0.233±0.024,成人斜視組0.095±0.038,兩者差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。②斜視患者M(jìn)yf-5表達(dá)與患者的斜視度和年齡呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.728,P=0.001,r=-0.643,P=0.004)。 結(jié)論眼外肌中Myf-5表達(dá)的降低可能與斜視的發(fā)病有關(guān),眼外肌中.Myf-5的表達(dá)變化可能與斜視的發(fā)展有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of Myf-5 in rectus muscle of concomitant exotropia and its role in the pathogenesis of concomitant exotropia. Methods 16 patients with concomitant exotropia received from the affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College from December 2009 to November 2010 were selected as strabismus group. The strabismus group was divided into children strabismus group (n = 8) and adult strabismus group (n = 8). In addition, the medial rectus muscle obtained by eyeball extirpation or corneal transplantation was selected as the adult control group (6 cases). All the medial rectus segments were fixed with Myf-5 immunohistochemical staining, and the average optical density of Myf-5 expression in the extraocular muscle was measured. The mean optical density of the patients with strabismus was compared and the correlation between the mean optical density of Myf-5 and the degree of strabismus and age was analyzed by Pearson. Results the average optical density of 1Mv.f-5 was 0.024 鹵0.041 in strabismus group and 0.233 鹵0.024 in adult control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01): 0.156 鹵0.011 in children strabismus group, 0.095 鹵0.038 in adult strabismus group, 0.233 鹵0.024 in adult strabismus group, and 0.233 鹵0.024 in adult strabismus group. The expression of Myf-5 in strabismus patients was negatively correlated with their strabismus degree and age. There was a negative correlation between the expression of Myf-5 and the patients' strabismus degree and age. Conclusion the decrease of Myf-5 expression in extraocular muscles may be related to the pathogenesis of strabismus, and the change of .Myf-5 expression in extraocular muscles may be related to the development of strabismus.
