【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在探究自身免疫性疾病的變應性鼻炎在中國漢族患者中是否與JAK1基因多態(tài)性相關。方法:運用PCR-RFLP和直接測序方法對450例變應性鼻炎(AR)患者和615例健康對照組JAK1的3個位點rs3790532、rs310241、rs2780815進行基因分型。結果:AR組及健康對照組JAK1基因的SNP分型結果符合哈迪溫伯格平衡(P0.05)。AR組的JAK1基因rs310241的CC基因型(P0.05)頻率顯著高于對照組。結論:JAK1基因rs310241的CC基因型與AR患者相關。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate whether allergic rhinitis in Chinese Han nationality is associated with JAK1 gene polymorphism. Methods: three loci of JAK1 in 450 patients with allergic rhinitis and 615 healthy controls were genotyped by PCR-RFLP and direct sequencing. Results the SNP genotyping results of JAK1 gene in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group. The frequency of CC genotype of JAK1 rs310241 was significantly higher in the control group than that in the control group. Conclusion the CC genotype of rs310241 of the 1: JAK1 gene is associated with AR patients.
