【摘要】：目的利用頻域光學(xué)相干斷層掃描(SD-OCT)和眼底彩色照相方法測量青光眼視盤旁萎縮區(qū),并比較二者結(jié)果的一致性。方法連續(xù)收集就診于中國醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院眼科的青光眼患者30例(54只眼),進(jìn)行視盤SD-OCT檢查和眼底彩色立體照相。分別測量以視盤為中心6條子午線上視盤旁萎縮區(qū)β區(qū)寬度并計算平均值,比較2種檢查結(jié)果的相關(guān)性,并進(jìn)行一致性評價。結(jié)果使用眼底彩色照相法和SD-OCT檢查法測量青光眼患者眼底視盤旁萎縮區(qū)β區(qū)平均寬度分別為(229.89±99.82)μm和(224.14±97.10)μm,二者比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P=0.280)。2種檢查方法結(jié)果具有高度相關(guān)性(r=0.825,P0.001),二者間具有良好的一致性(ICC=0.923,95%CI 0.870~0.954)。結(jié)論利用SD-OCT法與眼底彩色照相法測量青光眼視盤旁萎縮區(qū)β區(qū)結(jié)果具有良好的一致性,可以利用SD-OCT方法測量青光眼視盤旁萎縮區(qū)β區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Objective using the frequency domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) and fundus color photography to measure the atrophy of glaucomatous para optic atrophy, and to compare the consistency of the two results. Methods 30 cases (54 eyes) of glaucoma patients in the ophthalmology of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were collected, and the optic disc SD-OCT examination and the color stereograph of the eye fundus were performed. The width of the beta region of the atrophy area adjacent to the optic disc in the 6 meridians was measured and the average value was calculated respectively. The correlation of the 2 results was compared and the consistency evaluation was carried out. Results the average width of the beta area in the para optic atrophy area of the glaucoma patients was measured by the fundus color photography and SD-OCT examination. (229.89 + 99.82) mu m respectively. 224.14 + 97.10) mu m, there was no statistical difference between the two (P=0.280) and the results of.2 species examination were highly correlated (r=0.825, P0.001), and the two had good consistency (ICC=0.923,95%CI 0.870~0.954). Conclusion the result of using SD-OCT method and fundus color photography to measure the beta region of the para optic atrophy region of the eye was good agreement. The area of the para optic atrophy area was measured by SD-OCT.
