視網(wǎng)膜分支靜脈阻塞與眼軸、前房深度的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的:視網(wǎng)膜分支靜脈阻塞(BRVO)是最常見的視網(wǎng)膜血管性疾病之一,是臨床常見的致盲性眼病。其病因復(fù)雜,危險因素多樣,通常發(fā)生在伴有高血壓,動脈硬化,糖尿病等系統(tǒng)性疾病的老年人。視網(wǎng)膜分支靜脈阻塞的發(fā)病機(jī)制是多種因素參與的病理生理過程,目前尚不十分清楚。本次研究探討視網(wǎng)膜分支靜脈阻塞與眼軸長度及前房深度的關(guān)系。 方法:隨機(jī)抽取2009年3月至2010年10月在大連醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院眼科診治的45例患者(90只眼),BRVO眼45例(45只眼),來我院體檢者45例(均無眼部疾病)作為對照組。分別對其進(jìn)行彩色眼底照相及熒光血管造影(FFA)檢查并分組。BRVO眼45只眼為組1,其對側(cè)眼(健眼)45只眼為組2,對照組45只右眼為組3,對照組45只左眼為組4。應(yīng)用光學(xué)相干生物測量儀-IOL Master對各組眼軸和前房深度進(jìn)行測量,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,對照組與病例組年齡和性別相匹配。 結(jié)果:BRVO組阻塞眼的平均眼軸長度為(22.69±0.99)mm,對側(cè)眼平均眼軸長度為(22.78±1.24)mm,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,差異無顯著性(t=0.355, P㧐0.05);對照組右眼平均眼軸長度為(23.38±1.32)mm,左眼平均眼軸長度為(23.37±1.27)mm,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=0.017, P㧐0.05),BRVO組阻塞眼和對照組的眼軸長度差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=-2.563, t=-2.663, P㩳0.05)。BRVO組阻塞眼的平均前房深度為(2.66±0.26)mm,對側(cè)眼平均前房深度為(2.65±0.30)mm,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,差異無顯著性(t=0.089, P㧐0.05);對照組右眼平均前房深度為(2.56±0.29)mm,左眼平均前房深度為(2.59±0.30)mm,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=-0.592, P㧐0.05),BRVO組阻塞眼和對照組的前房深度差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=1.779, t=1.778, P㧐0.05)。 結(jié)論:短眼軸可能是一個發(fā)展視網(wǎng)膜分支靜脈阻塞的危險因素。前房深度和視網(wǎng)膜分支靜脈阻塞的關(guān)系尚待進(jìn)一步證實。
[Abstract]:Objective: branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVOO) is one of the most common retinal vascular diseases and is a common blinding ophthalmopathy.Its etiology is complex, the risk factor is diverse, usually occurs in the elderly with hypertension, arteriosclerosis, diabetes and other systemic diseases.The pathogenesis of retinal branch vein occlusion (RVO) is a pathophysiological process in which many factors are involved.This study was to investigate the relationship between retinal branch vein occlusion (RVO) and axial length and anterior chamber depth.Methods: from March 2009 to October 2010, 45 patients with BRVO and 45 patients with BRVO were randomly selected from the first affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University as control group.Color fundus photography and fluorescein angiography (FFAA) were performed, and 45 eyes of BRVO were divided into group 1. The contralateral eyes (group 2 of healthy eye group, 45 eyes of control group 3 eyes of right eye and 45 eyes of control group) were divided into two groups: control group (45 eyes) and control group (group 4).The depth of eye axis and anterior chamber were measured by optical coherence biometer (-IOL Master). The age and sex of the control group and the case group were matched.Results the mean axial length of the obstructive eyes and contralateral eyes was 22.69 鹵0.99 mm and 22.78 鹵1.24 mm, respectively.The average axial length of right eye and left eye were 23.38 鹵1.32 mm and 23.37 鹵1.27 mm respectively in the control group. There was no significant difference in the mean axial length of the right eye and the left eye. There was no significant difference in the axial length between the two groups. There was significant difference in the axial length of the obstructive eyes between the P?0.05).BRVO group and the control group (t = 2.563, t = 2.663respectively).The mean anterior chamber depth was 2.66 鹵0.26mm and the contralateral anterior chamber depth was 2.65 鹵0.30mm.The mean anterior chamber depth of right eye and left eye was 2.56 鹵0.29 mm and 2.59 鹵0.30 mm, respectively. There was no significant difference in anterior chamber depth between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the anterior chamber depth between the two groups.
