【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)淚膜功能對(duì)原發(fā)性翼狀胬肉活動(dòng)度的影響。設(shè)計(jì)前瞻性比較性病例系列。研究對(duì)象2012年8月至2013年2月廣東省中山市南朗醫(yī)院原發(fā)性單眼翼狀胬肉患者53例。方法納入翼狀胬肉靜止期患者14例、活動(dòng)期患者39例。所有患者進(jìn)行Schirmer試驗(yàn)、淚膜破裂時(shí)間(BUT)及結(jié)膜印跡細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查。Logistic回歸分析胬肉活動(dòng)性與患者年齡、性別、淚膜檢查結(jié)果的關(guān)系。主要指標(biāo)Schirmer試驗(yàn)、BUT、結(jié)膜杯狀細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)結(jié)果。結(jié)果靜止期與活動(dòng)期翼狀胬肉患者Schirmer試驗(yàn)分別為(9.43±2.28)mm、(8.67±2.14)mm(P=0.267);BUT分別為(8.79±1.97)s、(5.05±2.14)s(P=0.000);結(jié)膜杯狀細(xì)胞數(shù)量分別是(38.79±2.83)個(gè)/10個(gè)高倍視野、(32.74±3.30)個(gè)/10個(gè)高倍視野(P=0.000)。Logistic回歸分析顯示僅BUT對(duì)翼狀胬肉是否活動(dòng)有一定影響(P=0.01)。結(jié)論翼狀胬肉生長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)與患者眼表狀態(tài)相關(guān),活動(dòng)期患者較靜止期患者淚膜功能差。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of tear film function on the activity of primary pterygium.Design prospective comparative case series.Participants 53 patients with primary monocular pterygium from August 2012 to February 2013 in Nanlang Hospital Zhongshan City Guangdong Province.Methods 14 patients with static pterygium and 39 patients with active pterygium were included.All patients underwent Schirmer test, tear film rupture time (but) and conjunctival blotting cytology.
