IOL Master、角膜地形圖及Pentacam測(cè)量年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者角膜散光的比較

【摘要】:目的比較年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者術(shù)前IOL Master、角膜地形圖及Pentacam測(cè)量角膜散光各參數(shù)的差異。方法收集我院年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者56例(67眼),術(shù)前分別通過IOL Master、角膜地形圖及Pentacam測(cè)量平坦子午線角膜屈光力即最小角膜曲率(flat keratometry,Kf)、陡峭子午線角膜屈光力即最大角膜曲率(steep keratometry,Ks)、平均角膜曲率(mean keratometry,Km)、散光度參數(shù)J0(cylinder at 0-degree meridian)及軸向參數(shù)J45(cylinder at 45-degree meridian);采用配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn)對(duì)三組測(cè)量結(jié)果的差異進(jìn)行比較,不同測(cè)量儀器所得的數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)性采用Pearson相關(guān)性分析,三種方法測(cè)量結(jié)果的一致性采用Bland-Altman分析。結(jié)果 IOL Master測(cè)量Kf、Ks、Km、J0、J45分別為(43.524±1.751)D、(44.352±1.839)D、(43.938±1.753)D、(0.059±0.455)D、(0.264±0.228)D;角膜地形圖所測(cè)Kf、Ks、Km、J0、J45分別為(43.404±1.740)D、(44.290±1.843)D、(43.847±1.753)D、(0.046±0.453)D、(0.242±0.222)D;Pentacam所測(cè)Kf、Ks、Km、J0、J45分別為(43.401±1.739)D、(44.285±1.838)D、(43.843±1.751)D、(0.047±0.456)D、(0.241±0.221)D;IOL Master和角膜地形圖及Pentacam的檢測(cè)結(jié)果比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05),角膜地形圖及Pentacam檢測(cè)結(jié)果比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);Pearson相關(guān)分析顯示,Kf、Ks、Km、J0、J45等5個(gè)指標(biāo)在三種檢查儀器檢測(cè)結(jié)果之間均有高度的正相關(guān)性(均為P0.001)。Bland-Altman一致性分析說明三種儀器的檢測(cè)結(jié)果具有較好的一致性。結(jié)論 IOL Master、角膜地形圖及Pentacam均可以應(yīng)用于年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者術(shù)前測(cè)量角膜散光的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the parameters of corneal astigmatism measured by IOL Master, corneal topography and Pentacam in patients with age-related cataract before operation.Methods A total of 56 patients (67 eyes) with age-related cataract in our hospital were collected. The refractive power of flat keratometry was measured by IOL Master, corneal topography and Pentacam before operation, and the corneal refractive power of steep meridian was the largest.The results of the three groups were compared by paired t test, mean keratometry, astigmatic parameter J0(cylinder at 0-degree meridian and axial parameter J45(cylinder at 45-degree meridian.The correlation of data obtained from different measuring instruments is analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis, and the consistency of measurement results by three methods is analyzed by Bland-Altman.緇撴灉 IOL Master嫻嬮噺Kf,Ks,Km,J0,J45鍒嗗埆涓,
