【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)測(cè)定硅油填充繼發(fā)性青光眼患者前房水中血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子及堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子的水平,探討硅油填充在繼發(fā)性青光眼中的潛在作用,以及前房水中生長(zhǎng)因子含量的改變與眼壓之間的關(guān)系。 方法:用雙抗體夾心酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)定量檢測(cè)各組房水中VEGF和bFGF含量。實(shí)驗(yàn)分組如下:①老年性白內(nèi)障患者18例20眼作為正常對(duì)照組②硅油填充繼發(fā)性青光眼患者16例16眼作為患者組(SOF組)③復(fù)雜性孔源性視網(wǎng)膜脫離眼(CRD組)16例16眼。各組之間年齡、性別差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)果:SOF組患者眼前房水中VEGF含量明顯高于正常對(duì)照組和CRD組,bFGF含量明顯低于正常對(duì)照組和CRD組,其差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);SOF組患者前房水中VEGF的含量與眼壓及硅油填充時(shí)間呈正相關(guān)(r分別為0.905、0.915,P0.05),bFGF含量與眼壓及硅油填充時(shí)間無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性。CRD組和正常對(duì)照組比較,前房水中VEGF和bFGF差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論:硅油填充繼發(fā)青光眼患者眼前房水中VEGF含量明顯增高,bFGF含量明顯降低,提示二者在硅油填充繼發(fā)青光眼的病程發(fā)展中具有一定作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the potential role of silicone oil in secondary glaucoma by measuring the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in anterior aqueous humor of patients with secondary glaucoma.And the relationship between the change of growth factor content in anterior chamber water and intraocular pressure.Methods: double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) was used to determine the content of VEGF and bFGF in aqueous humor.There were 18 cases (20 eyes) of senile cataract as normal control group. 16 cases (16 eyes) of secondary glaucoma were treated as SOF group (n = 16), 16 cases (16 eyes) with complex rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (CRD) and 16 cases (16 eyes) with complicated rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (CRD).There was no significant difference in age and sex between each group (P 0.05).Results the content of VEGF in aqueous humor of patients in the control group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group and the CRD group, which was significantly lower than that in the normal control group and CRD group.There was no significant correlation between the content of VEGF in anterior chamber water and intraocular pressure (IOP) and the filling time of silicone oil (r = 0.905) and the time of intraocular pressure (IOP) and silicone oil filling (r = 0.905), respectively. There was no significant correlation between VEGF content and intraocular pressure (IOP) and silicone oil filling time (P > 0.05), and there was no significant correlation between VEGF content and intraocular pressure (IOP) and silicone oil filling time (P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between VEGF and bFGF in anterior chamber water (P 0.05).Conclusion: the content of VEGF in aqueous humor of patients with secondary glaucoma filled with silicone oil is obviously increased and the content of bFGF is obviously decreased, which suggests that both of them may play a role in the course and development of secondary glaucoma with silicone oil.
