【摘要】：目的分析2008~2011年嘉興市新生兒聽力篩查情況。方法應(yīng)用TEOAE或DPOAE,高危新生兒采用AABR對(duì)2008~2011年嘉興市出生的新生兒進(jìn)行聽力篩查,滿月時(shí)復(fù)篩,復(fù)篩異常者及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)診進(jìn)行聽力學(xué)評(píng)估。結(jié)果嘉興市2008~2011年共活產(chǎn)新生兒186 240例,接受初篩182 610人,初篩率為98.05%(182 610/186 240);初篩未通過新生兒20 157人,初篩未通過率為11.04%(20 157/182 610)。實(shí)際復(fù)篩17 323人,復(fù)篩率為85.94%(17 323/20 157),應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)診2 541例,實(shí)際轉(zhuǎn)診2 113例,轉(zhuǎn)診率為83.16%(2 113/2 541),確診聽力損失379人,聽力損失檢出率為2.08‰(379/182 610),其中輕、中、重度聽力損失患兒分別為241、62和76人。結(jié)論 2008~2011年嘉興市新生兒聽力初篩率已達(dá)98%以上,復(fù)篩率和轉(zhuǎn)診率較高,但隨訪和干預(yù)情況還較薄弱。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the situation of neonatal hearing screening in Jiaxing city from 2008 to 2011. Methods TEOAE or DPOAE was used to screen the newborn born in Jiaxing city from 2008 to 2011. Results from 2008 to 2011, 186,240 newborns were born alive in Jiaxing city, 182,610 newborns were screened, and the primary screening rate was 98.05 / 182 / 610 / 186 240, and 20 157 newborns were not screened. The unpassed rate of primary screening was 11.0410 / 20 157 / 182 6101.The actual screening rate was 17 323, the screen rate was 85.94 17 323 / 20 157, the referral rate was 2 541 cases, the actual referral rate was 83.16% 2113 / 2 5411, the confirmed hearing loss was 379 cases, and the rate of hearing loss was 2.08 鈥，
