【摘要】：目的分析探討老年鼻咽癌患者放療后腭帆張肌橫截面積的改變與放射性中耳炎之間的關(guān)系。方法選取2014年1月到2016年1月來(lái)我院接受放射性治療的老年鼻咽癌患者37例,對(duì)放療前后患者的腭帆張肌橫截面積進(jìn)行對(duì)比,并分析橫截面積的變化與放射性中耳炎發(fā)生之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果放射治療后,37例患者中共有26例(38耳)患者出現(xiàn)分泌性中耳炎,放療后患者的左、右腭帆張肌橫截面面積均明顯低于放療前,對(duì)比具有顯著性差異(P0.05),相較于未出現(xiàn)腭帆張肌萎縮現(xiàn)象的耳朵,出現(xiàn)腭帆張肌萎縮的耳朵放射性中耳炎的發(fā)生率更高,對(duì)比具有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年鼻咽癌患者在接受放療后,腭帆張肌會(huì)出現(xiàn)明顯的萎縮現(xiàn)象,腭帆張肌橫截面積的改變與放射性中耳炎的發(fā)生具有一定的聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the transverse area of palatine tensor muscle and radiation otitis media after radiotherapy in elderly patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods 37 elderly patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma received radiation therapy from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected. The transverse area of palatine tensor muscle was compared before and after radiotherapy, and the relationship between the change of transverse area and the occurrence of radiation-induced otitis media was analyzed. Results there were 26 patients with secretory otitis media in 37 patients after radiotherapy. The cross-sectional area of the left and right palatine tensor muscle after radiotherapy was significantly lower than that before radiotherapy. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), compared with the ears without palatine tensor muscle atrophy. The incidence of ear radiation-induced otitis media with tensor palatine tensor atrophy was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the palatine tensor muscle atrophy in elderly patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma is obvious after radiotherapy. The change of the transverse area of palatine tensor muscle is related to the occurrence of radiation-induced otitis media.
