【摘要】：目的：探尋一種治療外傷性鼓膜穿孔的貼補(bǔ)材料和簡(jiǎn)便方法，觀察美寶濕潤(rùn)燒傷膏（MEBO）棉片貼補(bǔ)治療外傷性鼓膜穿孔的臨床療效。 方法：將149例（149耳）外傷性鼓膜穿孔患者隨機(jī)分為兩組，治療組80例（80耳）行美寶濕潤(rùn)燒傷膏棉片貼補(bǔ)治療，對(duì)照組69例（69耳）行紅霉素眼膏棉片貼補(bǔ)治療，比較兩組治療效果（愈合率、平均愈合時(shí)間、感染率）。 結(jié)果：穿孔愈合情況比較：治療組80耳，穿孔愈合78耳（包括中耳感染抗炎治療干耳后，再次貼補(bǔ)愈合3耳），愈合率97.5%，對(duì)照組69耳，60耳愈合（包括中耳感染抗炎治療干耳后，再次貼補(bǔ)愈合2耳），愈合率為86.9%，經(jīng)卡方檢驗(yàn)，P0.05，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P=0.014）；各型穿孔平均愈合時(shí)間比較：治療組平均愈合時(shí)間11.1d，對(duì)照組各型穿孔平均愈合時(shí)間13.9d，經(jīng)t檢驗(yàn)，t=-3.273，P0.05，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P=0.002）；中耳感染情況比較，治療組中耳感染3例，，感染率3.7%；對(duì)照組感染2例，感染率2.9%，經(jīng)卡方檢驗(yàn)，x2=0.083，P0.05，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P=0.774）。 結(jié)論：美寶濕潤(rùn)燒傷膏棉片貼補(bǔ)治療外傷性鼓膜穿孔，可以有效地提高穿孔愈合率，縮短愈合時(shí)間，降低貼補(bǔ)治療的感染率，愈合后鼓膜形態(tài)自然。再者取材方便，成本低，操作簡(jiǎn)單，愈合率高，值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore a simple and convenient method for the treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation, and to observe the clinical effect of MEBO cotton patch on traumatic tympanic membrane perforation. Methods: 149 patients with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (n = 80) was treated with MEBO MEBO plaster cotton plaster, and the control group (n = 69) was treated with erythromycin eye plaster plaster patch. The curative effect (healing rate, average healing time and infection rate) were compared between the two groups. Results: comparison of perforation healing: treatment group 80 ears, perforation healing 78 ears (including middle ear infection and anti-inflammatory treatment dry ear, 3 ears healing again, healing rate 97.5%, control group 69 ears 60 ears healing (including middle ear infection and anti-inflammatory treatment dry ear, after treatment), The healing rate was 86.9%. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.014). The average healing time of perforation in treatment group was 11.1 days, and that in control group was 13.9 days. T test showed that the average healing time of perforation was 11.1d in the treatment group and 13.9 days in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P = 0.002). There were 3 cases of middle ear infection in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group, the infection rate was 2.9%. The difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.774) after chi-square test. Conclusion: the treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation with MEBO MEBO and cotton plaster can effectively improve the healing rate, shorten the healing time, reduce the infection rate of the patch therapy, and make the tympanic membrane form natural after healing. Furthermore, the material is convenient and the cost is low. Simple operation, high healing rate, worthy of clinical promotion.
