【摘要】：目的:檢測(cè)IL-5mRNA和蛋白在鼻息肉和下鼻甲黏膜中的表達(dá),并探討其在鼻息肉發(fā)生發(fā)展中的意義及其表達(dá)與鼻息肉臨床特征之間的關(guān)系。方法:采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)和免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測(cè)24例鼻息肉(息肉組)和15例下鼻甲黏膜(對(duì)照組)中IL-5mRNA定量表達(dá)和蛋白的表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果:鼻息肉組織中IL-5mRNA的表達(dá)是下鼻甲黏膜組織的7.52倍(P0.01)。IL-5蛋白在鼻息肉組織陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為79.17%,顯著高于鼻下鼻甲黏膜中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率26.67%(χ2=10.52,P0.01)。鼻息肉中組織中,IL-5mRNA的表達(dá)在性別、單雙側(cè),初發(fā)復(fù)發(fā)之間差別無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,但在單發(fā)與多發(fā)、伴過(guò)敏性鼻炎或(和)哮喘與不伴過(guò)敏性鼻炎和哮喘之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。IL-5蛋白的表達(dá)在性別、單雙側(cè),初發(fā)復(fù)發(fā)、伴過(guò)敏性鼻炎或(和)哮喘與不伴過(guò)敏性鼻炎和哮喘之間差別無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,但在單發(fā)與多發(fā)之間差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:IL-5mRNA和蛋白在息肉組織中的高表達(dá),可能是促進(jìn)鼻息肉發(fā)生發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要因素;IL-5在鼻息肉中的表達(dá)高低與部分臨床特征有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the expression of IL-5mRNA and protein in nasal polyps and inferior turbinate mucosa. To explore the significance of its expression in the development of nasal polyps and its relationship with the clinical features of nasal polyps. Methods: 24 cases of nasal polyps (polyp group) and 15 cases of nasal polyps (polyp group) were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCRRT qPCR and immunohistochemical method. Results: the expression of IL-5mRNA in nasal polyps was 7.52 times higher than that in inferior turbinate mucosa. The positive rate of IL-5 protein in nasal polyps was 79.17, which was significantly higher than that in nasal polyps. The positive expression rate in inferior turbinate mucosa was 26.67. The expression of IL-5 mRNA in nasal polyps was found in sex. There was no significant difference between unilateral and bilateral, primary recurrence, but the expression of IL-5 protein was significantly different between single and multiple, allergic rhinitis or / and asthma with and without allergic rhinitis and asthma. There was no significant difference between allergic rhinitis or / or asthma and non-allergic rhinitis and asthma, but there was significant difference between single rhinitis and multiple rhinitis. Conclusion there is a high expression of IL-5 mRNA and protein in polyps. The expression of IL-5 in nasal polyps may be an important factor to promote the development of nasal polyps.
